I can't describe how dissapointed I was when I saw the picture of the phone. When I read the posting I thougt it was a cell-phone, that would have been much cooler!
Anyway.. who uses ordinary phones these days?
OK, let me just get this cleared up, Linus Torvalds is a finnish sweed. He speaks sweedish but lives in Finland. The Finnish Sweeds have come to Finland from Sweden ever since there were sweeds. There are 2 things making us different from the finns, we speak sweedish(our own dialicts, btw), and we have origins in Sweeden. We are quite like the French Canadian.
>In a world where the lead developer and figure head of the next greatest software is a Finn from Sweden...
Linus is not a "Finn from Sweden",(He would be pissed if he read that, I certainly am!) nor is he a Sweed from Finland altogh thats much closer. Linus is a Finnishsweed. You should read Eric S. Raymonds Linus FAQ
If you think that we are communists you should think again. If we would be communists why the hell did our people fight against the soviet-union in the second world war? (we were NOT natzis!!)
Sweden dosnt have the highest taxes in Europe. Finand has, I know that because I live in Finland (Im a finnish sweed, yeah, just like Linus) read my comment: RE: HA HA
Insted of cheap taxes we have (at least in northern europe, Finland, Sweden..) The best social wellfare in the whole world. So is it better with high taxes and a good social wellfare or low taxes and people living in the streets. Personly I think the firs one is better.

This must be te best part:
those humans were ungrateful. They called their place of existence the "Universe", not the "Great Programmer/Universe".
RMS would _not_ like that one.
