I forgot to mention you wouldn't consider Nintendogs to be a game either, so it's a moot point really.
Can't win at that. It doesn't fall under "a story, a novel, a play, dance, a film" either
Exactly what I was thinking. Especially considering the good reviews and press HTC Desire, Legend, and Incredible are receiving. I've yet to see a negative review for any one of their three new phones.
Once again, the pirates get the better game, while people who pay for the game have to put up with the DRM. Bravo Ubisoft, bravo.
The alternative is that they produce the HW themselves, but we saw what happens when they do that (Nexus One).
But Nexus One is manufactured by HTC
