Just like a popup windows, every time a piece of information is going to some other website, a popup should alert the user. Also giving him/her the option to disable tracking.

Of course Windows, Office, Photoshop, and everything else can set a limitation that the buyer of their software cannot resell the modified version(they can use, but not resell it)

Why can't these browsers themselves stop the tracking? I am sure the most elementary browsers are able to do this
