I believe that vandalism on Wikipedia can be limited. But would it really be possible to detect all kinds of vandalism? FTA: "Yahoo! Research will award a cash prize of 500 Euros to the winner of the plagiarism detection task. " 500 Euro's doesn't sound much for detecting plagiarism on a site like Wikipedia...
Upgrading IE6 could cost a lot of money which is probably why a lot of companies aren't upgrading it (e.g. applications that depend on it). Wouldn't IE6 cost a lot of money on the long run?
Why would Microsoft for example use flash when they could use silverlight?
I don't think HTML5 video will ever be successful, flash video/flv is very dominant.

Isn't on the list but it's an awesome IDE for PHP development in Visual Studio.
