It will probably break alot of code, but one kind of spyware instantly disappears.
Also, global CBT hooks are probably a bad idea to have around (who uses them for CBT purposes anyway? THAT concept has long since vanished and the things were hacked into a plethora of other uses).
Then again... think about it: an iPod has better graphics, a faster CPU, more memory, and more storage than the original Macintosh. Many people only use their PC's for entertainment these days - gamers, pr0n addicts, mp3 swapping......who can really say that the iPod is not simply a (tiny) specialized PC in your pocket? In which case Apple is still a "computer" company!
I don't know what the schools in this country are doing these days, confidence building activities I suppose, but they sure as hell aren't teaching the kids how to add, read, and write.
>> There are countries a fraction of the size of the US that give orders of magnitude more aid than the US does
Name them, then back up your claim (and be sure to include private donations as well).
Right.... Cambodia didn't slaughter a million of its own, Iran and Iraq lost well over a million on their 8 year war, and the Chinese cultural revolution... well knowbody can count how many millions died they stopped at 35 million.
As far as starving goes I won;t even respond to that.
The Israeli's have it right: keeping silent on the matter shows you are more about action than words.... and it is far scarier to potential enemies (atleast I think so).
Look, Winzip is basically freeware. It does everything you do, for free. It is ubiquitous, and even of your product is better most folks are not going to even try your product.
But all is not lost....
Perhaps you could release your product under the GPL. We need more and better Windows open source alternatives.
This is not to say it is free beer. You could still charge for it (bad idea see above). You could sell fee based (under the GPL of course) add ons for the more esoteric compression formats. You could sell documentation and support.
Ofcourse this is correct - however they didn't start out that way - over 300 years the shifting silt and river evolved into what it is today.
Not saying that at one point they should have said "hey these dams and levys are a dumb idea"... just that it took about three centuries for the situation to reach this point.
rm -rf * will solve all of your problems....
sign all trusted drivers
don't hook keyboard messages.

And even more young IT and graphic design people willing to drop $200 on an iPod....
...anyone that uses the term "boxen" in a post is automatically suspect.
Carry on.
Might get some work done for a change, and kiss outsourcing good bye.

Or in my case... type.

....I continue to get HBO (and all the rest of the movie channels) even tho I cancelled my premium cable package over a year ago.
Go figure.
True, there would be a momentary notice that the aid has stopped, and then the world would be right back to starving and fighting.
...but you can sure as hell buy me!
Pay all the way! Whoo hoo!
Katrina? Is that a hurricane or a server?
Oh your account is hosted on "katrina"? Well WTF is katrina anyway? In the next room, in the next state?
How about a more informative nomenclature for both?

I am 100% serious.
Enough said about that.
Humans get their power two ways: from spinning magnets and expanding gasses.
There are others: solar, piezoelectric... they are trivial in the scheme of things.
We need to figure out two things:
1) how to spin the magnet without using fossil fuels
2) how to store the energy produced
This is our assignment. Extra points for doing so in an environmentally friendly way.

Just a thought.
Face it: 1) human beings are stupid, 2) primitive, and 3) aggressive.
;-)
1) We (re)build and live in known disaster zones
2) We get virually all of our energy from expanding hot gasses and mechanically induced electrical current
3) Hitler, Saddam, George....
The Aliens must be disgusted with Earthlings!
Hurricanes have been occuring well before man started bleching out CO2.
Perhaps they are getting worse due to global woarming, perhaps not. My point is that this could have happened regardless of warming trends.
Yes - he has.
And let's face it - he wasn't really on vacation - he was "working from home."
Think about this the next time you decide to tell your boss you are "telecommuting."

I agree - 13702 work units here and I won't be contributing another.
...and for the workflow software to flag, hence getting it forwarded to the hiring human being.
Aside from that, they may or may not be of value.
that will result in even greater efficiency when used together.
