Congratulations on getting it to run on your toaster. Next time you might want to try something with more keys.

First, you're generalizing that a large number of welfare recipients spend $160 on lottery and smokes every time they cash a check. Second, you're inferring that that $160 is better spent on something else. If their rent is covered, what do you care what they buy? If your "sympathy meter" is so delicate, you're a cold-hearted bastard who doesn't deserve to have one. Go back to your plentiful lifestyle.

It's one thing for locals to complain amongst themselves about outsiders. It's another thing entirely when everyone in the restaurant, town center or plaza can tell that, invariably, the load, obnoxious tourists are Americans.

They opened their API Monday. From linuxdevices.com:
Skype says its newly opened SkypeNet API will allow developers of other IM software -- such as GAIM, presumably -- to add support for Skype chat users, without requiring a full version of the Skype client to be present.
