The most secure transactions you can make is cash out of your wallet. Only person who can take it then is a mugger (or a girlfriend) and at least then I know when it happens and how much is missing. All these alternative payment systems (including debit and credit cards) are ripe for the taking because of the numerous hands and systems that touch the payment information along the way.
Find a consultant to help with both upgrade and initial maintenance, not only will they take a big load off of you initially for the proper setup, they can teach and show you what is applicable to YOUR network, and take the blame if things go wrong down the road.

Buying a DVD from a best buy, for instance, I can find the smoking deals every week with 5 dollar movies. No chance of finding that for a blu-ray movie. I also prefer my DVD collection since I can watch them on any computer in the house, and my TV's, while blu-ray can only play from my work machine.
As a casual marijuana user (once a week at my max) I have never driven while stoned because i believe driving is a responsibility not only to yourself but to others on the road and it requires your full concentration to be safe. I know how non-functional I can become when I am high and do not believe it is a very safe mindset to be in while driving.
I believe noone should drive high and it is my personal belief that is what this device was created to stop, the story does not indicate how long the drugs have to be in the system to be detected by the device, or the length of time they can be detected for. Hopefully it is a very short period of time otherwise responsible casual users will be corralled up by police and jailed for nothing more than responsibly having a toke.
