That's not how law works.
You can't object that the police are holding you in the jail after the indictment but before the trial without "due process," because that is the process that is due you. If (unlikely) Megaupload is found innocent, then their servers will be restored and service resumed. If they had announced the indictment but not shut down the servers, I bet people would rush to download things pirated content while they could -- just the opposite of their intentions.
Do you even know what most of that defense spending goes to?
A huge amount of it is for scientific programs, well, not just like the JWST, but that's because space telescopes are NASA's job. To tell the truth, their work in optics has probably made these telescopes a whole lot more possible.
If we cut all of that, people all over would be whining that we had cut a huge amount of the USA's science donations
We're looking for people who don't have morality. The only problem would be if someone with morality that's 180 degree opposite to ours had more money to pay them. Besides, Roman mercenaries were at least better than Roman slaves...
From TFA, the patent seems a lot closer to an implementation than an idea - they might not have actually written code, but they didn't just patent "anything that blocks annoying content."
Then you might want to become a liberal. Thomas (arch-conservative) and Breyer (moderate liberal) voted against the majority but Alito (conserative) and Roberts (conservative) indicated that their support for the decision was soft
And Scalia (doubtlessly the most conservative person on the court) WROTE the majority opinion. Basically what we see is that conservatives and liberals are divided among themselves. As always.
finite mass that you can approach arbitrarily close to - in other words, black holes
All objects can be approached to cause an arbitrarily small distance. Your mom is an object.
Therefore,... (Wow, I managed to skip the part where I used the Schwarzchild equations!)
Don't forget
1. How large is Cuba and how big is its population?
2. How large is the US and how big is its population?
Oh yeah, and
3. How many ways can the US ruin lives compared to Cuba?
And the third link requires you to log into the new york times website. I guess that's what it means by "highly secretive"!
a level of restraint. Sorry, couldn't help myself
Pot calling the kettle black? :-)

Yeah, it's kind of ridiculous... I'm still on FF 3.6
The first link appears to not have any reference to the stuff, only DNA bases.

I guess it's a good thing that that isn't one of its labels then!
I thought the former has been known for a while now.
I assume they won't bother since it's being replaced soon(ish).

What is that - a laptop that comes with a cramped keyboard, poor resolution and no terrible processing power weighing 30 pounds?
In slashdot's defense, that was the TFA's title.
No, three explains how he escaped. Two grandparents is why most are still stuck.

So do I. And I'm religious.
The funniest thing about the second part of your comment is that your ID has more digits. HA HA HA!!! Well... not really.
Corporations pay extra taxes already too. Drafting would illogically be on top of that.
Fixed that for you.
I'm guessing it would be easier not to send a whole corporation back in time to pre-1947 times, I suggest they just join the Air Force instead.
You lived on the border between Kansas and Nebraska? You must have ASKED for the memory erasure! ;)
That seems more of a positive of flash on older machines... we should give older machines to EVERYONE!!!
So he invented the Beatles. I always wondered...

What else would you do on youtube, besides that, posting, and commenting?
