How often are you out with a crowed of 10 ppl, 1 has a short sleved shirt, 5 are in long sleved shirts an 4 are in jumpers?
If you need to know the temp. to.3C then you need to know it to.5F And if you think the wetherman says its 65F and that is the temputer everywhere out side, so you wont have col;der spots or hotter spots, then you are beyond help.

REalise that you take temetures to determin if you should go to the hospital, and you heat food to kill bacteria, round the correct way and its better, not worse. Teh only resion you use the F valuse you do as they are the closet aprox. to geting the job done right, why would metric be differnt?

Dont want to, then dont, not quite what you where geting at, but I do recall when they disigned it, the machens that read the card will list what info they are permited to access so that you dont dont give out info you dont want to.

RTFA: currently all those systems that will need this card, allready require you to have one of the 17 cards that will become obsolete.
This is going to save Australians money three ways,
1)Reduce wallet ware and tear.
2) make it harder to fradunetly clame benfits that one is not intitled too.
3) lower administration costs.
