What if you pick the coin up randomly, let it roll aroudn in your pocket, call before the coin is then removed and flip it without checking which side the coin is on to start with..

I would palce that as a problem at the mangers level.
Ok, so we only have 2 or 3 meetins a year, but when hours need to be cut, or incressed, or someones lossing a job, or needs time off for personal reasons, or isnt pulling there weight, or is burning out, mangers still manage to put the word out.
they *hopefuly* anrt being payed to sit in a glass tower all day waiting for a meeting to come up and informe you of importaned info only then.
When we have a meeting at my work place, its held out of hours, and everyone is payed 2 hours wages minumim.... those meeting suprsinglly go on for 2 hours at the lest.
my favort things in meetings are the standerd responce from the managers.
"No that didnt happen" "I did not" "that is irelevent"
and the ever popular
"it dosent matter what other ppl tell you,
if they are having problems and dont come

but in the last year i havent been to a
"no service" area..
sure ive had a few low signals,
but sofar there ahsnt been a point
where my phones droped right off..
im waiting to see for a directional
emp gun to fry the jameng devices..
