So this is a patent for a micro/femtocell tower setup that can hook to a PBX, or the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). Not exactly novel, and not exactly non obvious, even in 2001.
I would love to see your evidence of this as the GAO would be out of a job if they left that much waste.
Also, if you have evidence of this level of corruption, there is a reporting phone number. I believe they give you a cut of the recovered moneys for every factual report.
Did you know that this line has the preventative measures in place in many sections? Did you know this particular section was deemed to not need it? Did you know that the installation of the preventative measures is almost done?
To add to this from what I have read about this incident. This particular curve comes a little while after a stop. Previous models of engines could only get the train up to 85 before the signs for the curve came up, so there was plenty of time to slow for the curve. This newer engine was able to get the train up to 100, by which time the signs for the curve came up, it was too late for him to slow down.
But all of that could also be the media making shit up, so hard to tell.
You can try and slam us for our public transportation all you like, but until you live here, you have no idea of the challenges of public transport, or why we choose not to pay massive amounts of money for something no one uses except in the compact cities.

As far as Kespersky, they have said there was some evidence of a possible EST in the build of stuxnet. However, this could just as easily be someone in Russia's time getting home from work rather than someone in the US going into work. It also doesn't give any kind of conclusive proof of US involvement in Stuxnet/Flame. Without proof, it is just a theory, therefore shouldn't be put forward as fact.

The worth of the minimum wage has only gone down since 1968, despite being repeatedly raised because the lowest paid are always going to be the lowest paid, no matter how much you pay them.
No matter how much you pay the bottom 10%, it will always be the bottom 10%. When someone does a job that can be done better by a machine, what kind of pay do they deserve?

Public assistance is based upon supporting a percentage of the population. When wages increase, the needed assistance also goes up. There will always be a bottom 10% of people, no matter how much you pay the bottom 10%.
