The story from the side of Zimmerman was that after he lost Trey, he returned to his car to await the police, Trey approached him at his car, tackled him to the ground and slammed his head into the curb, at this point, Zimmerman was in fear for his life and shot Trey.
The work was performed in New York, the defendant was in New York, and the original video server was in New York. Care to explain how Australia is the venue?
According to TFA, this is a breach of contract dispute, the guy in Australia took the work and didn't pay, he then filed a counter suit out of jurisdiction, and failed to actually notify the defendant.
Cat6 is used in gigabit networking, so using it now is a good idea. When prices of cat7 come down, I will suggest the same thing for that. Even if you aren't running gigabit, network installs tend to stay in place for a long time, so getting the best that is affordable is worthwhile.
The benefits of STP over UTP is that STP when done right receives no interference. When you are running multiple cables in a wall to a jack, they can actually receive interference from each other, so even if you don't see the impact, it can be there. Also, with different radio sources in close confines, you will pick up more interference there too (microwave, TV, wireless phones/network, even the relays in your AC unit can cause problems). Even the power in your house can cause interference from the cycling of the voltage inherent in AC.
These are the same manufacturer and quality. The main difference will be in the endpoints if you properly terminate, the patch panels and ends are about double the price, and take longer to terminate.
As far as unshielded coax, I didn't think that was possible, you use the core for signal, and the shield is the ground, it is built into the cable. I didn't think you could get unshielded coax. For the most part, the network card and switch will deal with interference, and often well enough that you don't notice, but it can cause jitter, retransmits, and an overall increase in latency.
What you say about the checkpoints depends on the airport. BWI has the scanners on every line, but I am not sure if they are the unlicensed x-ray scanners or the safer millimeter wave scanners.
This is the second time I have seen this comment without the explanation. Not being a chemistry major, I am not entirely sure what would be expected to happen. Please explain.
I switched to drinking mostly water. Gave up the sodas, but it doesn't help. There unfortunately isn't anything you can do where I work about eating a healthy lunch if you don't bring it with you. Unfortunately I am so out of it in the mornings that I can't remember to grab food for the day, so am stuck not eating lunch or eating crap food.
Personally, I think it will take increased activity for me to lose weight, I need to work on those sit-ups.
Totally agree on the private establishment thing. When Maryland enacted that legislation, it just made it so the bartenders/waitresses had to take more breaks to get their nicotine intake, and made us smokers have to go outside to smoke. It didn't change the number of people smoking any, and many private establishments already had the proper air handlers for the indoor smoking, so now that was a wasted expense.
I also have tried the gum, and failed, but my current health insurance doesn't cover perscriptions until you have hit your deductible, so most drugs are rather expensive. Do you happen to know how much Chantix costs?
You must not do VM. With VMware vSphere, you can have multiple copies of a VM running on different servers with iSCSI storage redundancy, and they auto fail-over.
Perhaps you should consider the effective spread of bird shot at 4 feet before you are talking about accuracy? We aren't talking a 9mm here, but something that makes a melon sized hole through a door.
Unless my English skills have become much worse since leaving school, nowhere in the 1st amendment does it say anything about government having to be the target of the free speech.
The only person that I was quite convinced he had Asperger's was a man who really showed problems interacting in social scenarios. He wasn't a bad person, but he would sometimes make remarks that were inappropriate to the situation or the mood. He would often come off as rude and arrogant, insult people without realizing it, obsess over small details and maintained a very strict schedule that was nearly mechanical. I know that this sounds a bit condescending over the person, since the above factors alone don't necessarily give you Asperger's, after all he could just be a rude person who overly focused on the details, but if you worked with him for a couple of days you would get this feeling that something was slightly off.
That is about the definition of Asperger Syndrome. Do I know you? Everything there except the schedule part could be about me...

They may think it isn't a hybrid, but they would be wrong.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hybrid_vehicle_drivetrain#Series_hybrid
It also isn't "different design than any other hybrid" as according to that the EV1 was one.
Didn't you say you are in Maryland? I can't imagine driving 50mph on Maryland highways, hopefully you stay off all the highways as they are all 55+
So if he is making 150k in a few months, why did he file out of venue on a case that was entirely in New York?

AC says
Same goes for the Starcraft 2 campaign. And it's even worse than that, you can't even play it when Battlenet is down
16Chapel says
Not true - when Battle.net is down you can still play, you just don't get any awards / medals / unlockable things.
Perhaps you couldn't see AC?

Price difference isn't so much anymore:
STP: http://www.amazon.com/Shielded-Waterproof-Direct-Ethernet-Cable/dp/B0056K1IIM $214/1000 foot
UTP: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0058TZDGY/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_g147_i2?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=02FX2XMFDF5QNSKEG1F2&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846 $164.99/1000 foot

Infinity doesn't graph very well.

You know how I can tell you pay too much attention to the liberal media...you seem to think these people are stupid.

I always support people eating tasty animals. Those other people who do more harm than good however just need to take a hike...

When talking about 30 TB usable space arrays, there is very good reason for RAID6 +spares.
Cat6 would be better, along with conduit if you can so it can be upgraded later. Also, STP rather than UTP works wonders in a house.
Kind of creepy, but not quite the physical stature of Churchill:

Take a look through the window of your modern LTO tape...it is reel to reel, just self contained.
LTO-5 is nice, but annoying to have to offsite two tapes, LTO-6 will allow for a single offsite tape, I will have to look into it.
anything they say about the government.

Isn't the definition of porn that it is sexual in nature? Perhaps if the kittens were in the process of being raped by older cats?
Meth might help, but will definitely screw up your life :)
