If people want to improve the constitution, wouldn't it follow that they should follow the prescribed method instead of trying to do an end run around a constitutional convention by making clearly unconstitutional laws?
I would expect that if anyone sent Wikileaks a leak of Trump's email, they would also publish that, but until that time, it is silly to say that Wikileaks, and Assange is working for Russia because they only publish one side's emails.
If you have access to Trump's emails, feel free to try and publish them at Wikileaks to see what happens. As no one has claimed that Wikileaks has refused to publish their hacking dump of all of Trump's dirty laundry, what is the more logical reason?
I believe that was a typo and was meant to say crime in the US. Assange has committed no crime in the US. Greenwald would be more likely to be arrested for publishing all of Snowden's stuff as he is a US citizen, and no one has bothered, as it is not a crime to publish classified information, only to leak it.
Do you often expect that things used for commercial purposes will cost exactly the same as residential use?
Musk is saying that the residential level autodrive doesn't have the proper insurance coverage and that people who want to use the autopilot for commercial purposes should get the commercial level service. That story doesn't say what you think it does, it is another hyperbolic media headline.
It is part of the constitution of our country, right after the freedoms of speech, religion, and the press.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Any person who tries to restrict firearms ownership from the federal government is trying to reinterpret the Bill of Rights. It requires a very special type of grammar not taught in English classes to interpret the sentence above to mean anything can be restricted by the federal government. Many supreme court justices try to interpret the regulated Militia portion to mean that guns should be regulated, but regulated at the time this was written meant trained. So the only regulation that should exist for guns is that people should be trained in their use. Also, some try to argue that the Militia is covered by the US Military, which is a very inaccurate reading, as the Militia is:
The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
But, even then, the militia is a reason for the right to bear arms, not the only reason for the right to bear arms. There of course are many other reasons, such as hunting, personal defence, target shooting, and probably many others I can't think of.
There is also this major issue that the politicians on the US left keep trying to regulate the arms as if people breaking the law will care about yet another law preventing their ownership of firearms, when frankly, that isn't human nature.
It is the Senate's job to approve nominees, if none of the nominees get approved, the president can continue offering up options, but the president does not get to unilaterally bypass congress.
The Senate has made it clear that the appointments will wait till after the next president takes office, but how is that in any way different than a no vote in your mind?
I think AC was suggesting that the capsule is useful, not necessarily the trash they deorbited with it, but I understand what you are saying too; without the capsule, it is rather difficult to deorbit the trash.
Most of the trash is likely the food containers and biological waste, I don't know what else they have up there that they need to get rid of, but it isn't like we have massive farms attached to the ISS to utilize the fertilizer people output.
Maybe that would be a good addition to the station, a farming module.
I'm wondering how it could take out both Hillary and Trump, and their running mates in one shot, after all, that is the only thing that would improve anything.
If the politicians could be convinced, the way to go about it is this:
The government starts building the factories/farms/mines needed, and provides the products to the people. It seems like this is the only way to wrest control from the wealthy, and put it in the government's hands, so that the government can do its job of providing for the people.
Um, I am not being lazy here, you are making claims that the US government wants to jail Assange. That is tin foil hat territory. It does not make me a shill to point out that there is no evidence of this being the case.
Having not been to one in years, I have to ask, do they tell you before you buy your ticket, or when you show up at the venue? If they let you know in advance, than it should be trivial to avoid them, if it happens at the venue, do they even allow refunds at that point?
It was consensual. What don't you understand about that? If my wife decided to be consensually groped by another guy, I would divorce her. These women had no issue with it until a month before the elections, and suddenly, the accusation makes this sexual assault, without any evidence, and without any charges being filed.
The UK police wanting to arrest him as soon as he leaves the embassy is another clue.
Yeah, it is a clue that he is charged with the violent crime of raping two women, and is evading justice inside of an embassy. Also, what some people said is not evidence, you need quite a bit more to not just look like your tin foil hat is too tight.

Square and round perhaps?

There are about 30 different assholes you could vote for! I can't say if there are any gems in that list as I don't know anything about most of them.
4.07% is took over? Mac has double the market share of Linux, but not hardly took over.

Which moron? That sounds like a position I would expect to hear from any of the top four.

I was in York over the weekend, I didn't see any Hillary signs. Don't much care what a single politician thinks though, as he is a single vote.

Except that the tax returns won't tell anything about his debt. When was the last time you filled out a tax return?
Well, mine is 127.0.0.1, hack that all you horrible internet hackers!

I know Spanish isn't your native language, and I am not trying to be a jerk, but to honestly teach here.
It is La Niña, not El Niña. El is male, La is female, Niña is female, Niño is male.
FYI, Hillary isn't quite a billionaire, but frankly isn't far behind.

So, when you talk about Trump's money, it makes people wonder if you are willfully blind, or just ignorant.
$1.25 is a small donation I will admit, but a terrible waste of money?
I know, it was meant to be million, but it was funny all the same.

For a company, profit = taxes = you did something wrong.
Any money over expenses should be reinvested or given to investors, not be left there to be taxed.
