Do you have any evidence whatsoever that the US wants Assange in jail? Considering he hasn't actually broken any laws, I can't imagine why you would feel they would want him more than for instance Greenwald. Greenwald could actually be charged for treason, as he is a US citizen, whereas those laws don't apply to Assange as he is not a citizen.

It takes quite the tin foil hat to attribute a plot to frame Assange for rape, have him extradited from the UK (A five eyes close ally of the US) to Sweden to face the rape charges, then somehow extradite him from there to the US, without the UK's approval to face charges that don't even apply to a non-citizen.

Video games absolutely need to be near the top of the priority list, as a delay of even 1/10 of a second is noticeable in many games, and diminishes the enjoyment of the person playing the game. Some games it does not matter, but any game that requires any kind of reflexes, or speed of response more generally will be impacted negatively.

If my games played like crap on my internet connection, I would replace my ISP. This should be pretty basic network engineer knowledge, and not even at the point of being questioned.

Now, what should not be at the top that has to do with gaming is game patching/downloading, but that should fall under the last category listed of downloads. My 12 GB download of a new game should not impact other people's enjoyment of their games, or other people's SSH/RDP/VoIP sessions.

My vote for Johnson is about the next election, I want both parties to be reminded that a third party is possible, as happened with Lincoln. In fact, your reference to Nader exactly makes my point for me, as Nader's popularity did make the two parties stand up and take notice, which caused a shift in their platforms. But I guess you have to actually think strategically to understand these things, so perhaps you just don't understand strategy?

    https://www.thetrace.org/2015/...

Gun violence (including self inflicted) is 1/3 of highway deaths, but you would think it is the leading cause of death in the US based on how people treat it in politics. Driving isn't in the Bill of Rights, but gun ownership is; yet many politicians want to take our guns away while ignoring our cars!

BTW, my link is intentionally to a site that is inflammatory, I chose that to highlight my point, not because I agree with them in any way. I figured if anything, a site like that would have the highest figures for gun violence, and they didn't disappoint. They don't even make a distinction between intentional, self inflicted, and accidental deaths.
