Read all about it. The program was setup as a way to prevent non nuclear weapons countries from developing enrichment programs while still allowing them to use nuclear power.

Even more than that, Iran made an agreement, they are supplied nuclear fuel for their reactor, and they don't build a nuclear enrichment program. Iran has a nuclear reactor which is supplied with fuel per this agreement, but they decided to ignore the agreement and start an enrichment program under the guise of it being for nuclear power. So there was an agreement, Iran just decided to ignore it.

Why the need to slam Catholics? I think you meant to type Fundamentalist Christian. This is roughly equivalent to calling all Catholics child molesters even though the figures of child molesters in the priesthood show that it is lower then the general population. But go ahead and continue bashing a huge number of people due to your own delusions.

Except that we are talking salaried, not hourly. Salary is overtime exempt, they can technically ask you to work whatever hours they need you to work without offering you a raise, that doesn't mean you have to stay however. I heard a while back they were talking about passing a law through congress making IT non exempt, I wish they would as that may make the bosses think twice about calling IT workers in on the weekends or having them work extra hours.

Understood. I think I have a new project for this weekend, end to end encryption over my wireless at home through my server to get to the main network. Sounds like a blast to setup and will make anyone trying to use my "unsecured" wireless completely confused. WPA2-PSK just seems like it will be eventually broken, and when that happens, I wouldn't want the neighborhood kids trying to hack my network.

There is nothing that says you can't run IPSEC on top of your wireless system, lazy people choose to leave it at WEP or WPA or WPA2.
