That would fall under the specific circumstances I was describing. Now, please explain the second hand smoke risks of smoking outdoors? That is one of the things banned by Australia (and also in Maryland, where I live), but only in certain areas.

"Now, smoking is prohibited within 10m (33ft) of a playground, within 4m (13ft) of the entrance to a public building, at rail platforms, taxi ranks and bus stops,"

This is getting well beyond the health risks, this is getting into legislating behavior, which is wrong.

Wow, the same answered question yet again, so original APK. But I guess you don't have an answer for the question I asked? Does it make you look too bad?

In some very specific situations, but generally, no.

You have to be in a poorly ventilated room (or bar?) and exposed over the course of years for any noticeable effect.

That doesn't mean it is a great choice, only that some praised it. At that, when were those praises spoken? I can imagine a hosts file might have been useful when running on 1GB or less of ram, but now it makes no sense to do all that work, and endure all the speed loss for a couple of MB of ram savings.

  14. Do you often rail against people who act in a heterosexual manner?

  15. The additional funny thing about that quote is that Trump has no issue with immigrants, he has an issue with H1-b (specifically excluded from being able to start companies) and Illegal Aliens, which are not legally allowed to own a company, as they cannot legally work in the US.

  16. They deliberately set up a power struggle. It's designed so that a president could increase their power mainly by taking power away from Congress. On the other hand, Congress is a bunch of people who like having power and won't give it up easily. So to fight the President's desire for power, they used the Congresscritters' desire for power.

Unfortunately, that didn't work out so well, congress has consistently ceded its power through the creation of executive branch agencies. This give the president tremendious power to change the way these agencies are run, and it requires no new laws to change their functioning.
