I don't know the availability/status, but I know it is in the works since one of my kids is working on it. And they are making improvements, which is good because I have to listen to my wife complain about Blackboard all the time.
So, if you buy an apartment building that someone else built, you shouldn't feel right about charging rent? Or if you buy a run down building, you should be embarrassed to evict the drug dealers and gangs, and try to find legitimate tenants? Your argument is nonsense. Bad patents should be rejected by the patent office. Bad patents that are issued should be dismissed. A means of challenging bad patents that doesn't require a huge bankroll should be available. The public should perhaps be involved in ascertaining when prior art is clearly available, or the unobvious requirement isn't met. And many other reforms that I don't know about should be implemented.
None of this makes an owner of a legitimate patent, however acquired, a troll for seeking to license the rights.
I agree with the prevailing opinion that the patent system needs fixing. However, until that is done, why is buying an asset (patent) and then trying to get a return on the investment considered so evil? Rail against the patent system if you wish, but demonizing the patent holders seems misguided.
Depressing because after you plow through the whole dull thing in the anticipation of some interesting conclusion, you just get shat upon by an author without an ending.
Take everything you want included as information (as opposed to toys, etc) and incorporate in into a book. Send a copy to the Library of Congress, and let them deal with the maintenance. Include a stone tablet in the box with the ISBN number chiseled into it so you can find the book when the box is opened.
I believe this very question distinguishes Boeing and Airbus and their autopilot philosophy. IIR, Boeing says the pilot is the senior authority, Airbus prefers the computer's judgement. Note the similarity in the sounds 'airbus' and 'skynet'.
And since Nixon declared a war on cancer, we haven't cured all cancer yet either. Think of the Cathedrals - built over generations as monuments to nonsense. Can't we take a long term view for a project that actually has a chance to help us become part of a larger community?
I've been waiting a long time for the 'X-Ray' glasses in the back of Boy's Life to actually work. No matter how many pair I bought, or how hard I squinted, they never did the job.
A company as sensitive as Walmart is to the needs of its customer base would quickly install larger doors. And initiate One-Way aisles to avoid congestion.
How much salt water safe coax can they trail behind the ship? I mean, it can get pretty messy, especially if they go around an island or something. Really, shouldn't the poster have at least considered these basic issues?
I appreciate the humor, but on a practical basis, the data analysis must be very similar to that being done at CERN - assuming they are doing serious data analysis. Trillions (ok, here goes, And Trillions) of drop trajectories, etc.
Realistically it is an interesting exercise (pun intended) in efficient design. Real question is: for a 100% efficient design, of zero mass, how long can the best (i.e., well doped) cyclist in the world stay aloft?
That would be you're, and you're, and don't flame me because this is an educational thread!!

Or inflict you on them.

It provides ever so much space in the back for a really, really long extension cord.
It is Texas. One more big fart won't even be noticed until he runs for president.

That should clear everything up!
How about Tom Cruise? His calendar has recently cleared some space (for space, for a space cadet).

Is that 20 CM in length or diameter?

It's humor. Sorry it went over your head.
Not a problem.

Not 'less'. 'fewer'.

No wonder the navy budget is HUGE!!!

To Mars, and beyond!!!
And make this unfair SLR illegal!
The CADS. Have they no honour? (spelt this way 'cuz it looks better)
