US pushing other countries to do its bidding, is more believable then the alternative that the president of Bolivia, and all of those on board were lying.
If you asked me if any government in the world was lying compared to the word of an individual, especially when that individual is supported by witnesses and flight logs, I would most certainly believe that the government was lying.
If you already have legal obligations, the disclaimer is superfluous. I am not sure what you mean by risk management, but if your management scheme consists of using a boilerplate disclaimer then you are doing it wrong. Remember we are talking about emails going to unintended recipients. Not email going between business partners.
Relevant links from page one of the google search. In all email disclaimers are useless.

If the neighborhood bully tells you there is a choice between him making you eat dirt, and dog poop. Sure you might vote for the dirt, but that doesn't really make it your choice. IF you have an opportunity to kick that bully in the balls and go get an ice cream cone instead, I say good for you.
Actually if you went and looked into this you would see that it was starting to look like there would be no other elections. There were power grabs, he was replacing all government officials with people with no experience, all the way down to the level of school principals.
Go read into this some, it sounds to me like they just barely avoided the country being turned into another Islamic dictatorship. All I have to say is GOOD! Good for them!
Quick Q. Why are you defending a leader that by all accounts was bad at his job, and lied to get elected. Yes he "won" the election but his opponent was a puppet of the last regime. The turn out was only 33%. That means 2/3rds of the people did not like their choices. It sounds like the people already spoke once by boycotting the election.
It is obvious you do not appreciate American style freedoms. (Right to be free from illegal search and seizures). Might I suggest you move somewhere more compatible with your views, like Iran.
The chemical use was Malathion. It is not as safe as you claim. Emphasis added by me.
Malathion itself is of low toxicity; however, absorption or ingestion into the human body readily results in its metabolism to malaoxon, which is substantially more toxic.[16] In studies of the effects of long-term exposure to oral ingestion of malaoxon in rats, malaoxon has been shown to be 61 times more toxic than malathion.[16] It is cleared from the body quickly, in three to five days.[17] According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency there is currently no reliable information on adverse health effects of chronic exposure to malathion.[18] Acute exposure to extremely high levels of malathion will cause body-wide symptoms whose intensity will be dependent on the severity of exposure. Possible symptoms include skin and eye irritation, cramps, nausea, diarrhea, excessive sweating, seizures and even death. Most symptoms tend to resolve within several weeks. Malathion present in untreated water is converted to malaoxon during the chlorination phase of water treatment, so malathion should not be used in waters that may be used as a source for drinking water, or any upstream waters.
I actually like them in charge of roads. The US highways and Interstate in my area are maintained. The state/municipal roads? Shoot you should purchase a moon buggy for those.
Now, I am not saying they should be in charge of all roads, but without them, we would not have the interstate system. They should build and maintain Interstates and federal highways. Probably one of the few things that I think is a legitimate use of the interstate commerce clause.
I normally enjoy your posts, today you couldn't be more wrong. We send a bomb strike to kill terrorists, and kill the people that are keeping the terrorists in check? Good way to generate more terrorists I would think,
Car wreaks often need immediate help, sometimes so immediate that they send a flipping helicopter. Jokes about pot? That requires a stern talking to at best, to be accomplished whenever it is convenient.
That is a valid complaint. It is just that alot of people get burned on one game, usually due to something like uplay or ea's DRM, and then blame Steam. It is not steams fault that Ubisoft or EA or whoever has fucked up the DRM. I was just trying to point out the fact that steam does seem to make an effort to at least warn the purchaser.
INTERNET CONNECTION, ONLINE AUTHENTICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT REQUIRED TO PLAY. ACCESS TO ONLINE FEATURES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRES AN EA ONLINE ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION WITH THE ENCLOSED SINGLE-USE SERIAL CODE. REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE FEATURES IS LIMITED TO ONE EA ACCOUNT PER SERIAL CODE AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE ONCE USED. EA ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND FEATURE UPDATES CAN BE FOUND AT www.ea.com.
This was listed on the steam page for battlefield two. It was listed in all caps like it shows, listed above the system requirements, right after the description. In fact it may even be in larger font then the actual game description right above it.
You can also look on the right side of the screen. I cannot find any examples right now, but I know I have seen it say online connection required in the same list that lists things like single player, co -op, etc.

Interesting. I have been reading about these, do you have some plans you are following?

Ohh go get a sense of humor, I'd laugh my ass off if I were a customer that got one of those emails.
Incorrect.

*golf clap*

FYI I would counter most Americans know what mutton is, why you ask? Seinfeld did an episode based on mutton.

They make a reusable filter for the thing

Shoot at 6 bucks you could get a couple and prefill them the night before.
I like it because I never drink an entire pot of coffee, but you cant beat the simplicity of a 20 dollar coffee maker.
OMG that picture I took is blurry, that guy must be a terrorist!!!
How do you plan to handle the privacy implications?
If you are winning on bacon at every meal, I will be moving there asap. The maple syrup conspiracy will not be looked down upon either lol

this looks like it could help
Extremely poor comparison.

Umm the reaction is funny?

Those complaints are no longer true, the steam client has been updated, and I have been in offline mode in steam for up to a month.
Here is at least one example:
