The system is a perfect reflection of the complicity (complacency?) of the voters. And they insist on playing the blame game because they and you will not accept the truth. The prevailing attitude is the primary cause of this problem, not this ethereal conspiracy you all dream up to avoid responsibility for your own actions. So, vote them out. If they don't leave peacefully, then you might have a case. Success or failure depends on you!
