    "But simply moving your stack of notes to Powerpoint is beyond worthless- it wastes your time and adds nothing at all to the content of the course. " It gets worse - powerpoint but the lectures are using bought slides WHICH they are not sure if there is a mistake in and spend 15 minutes talking about the 'said possible mistake'. BAN POWERPOINT :)

    Agree with other posters. sql is a tool. The point about nosql is that is is a different tool. ACID in a database is fine normally. However, if you can live without it, which many can, do so!

    + they won't pick up the rootkit for a while. I know / have found tons of rootkits on pcs in the past. they were only picked up due to odd behaviour(firewall disabling itself etc.). AV != safe from badware /rootkits.

    Probably. I don't know SHR is fairly usable. The problem is that call quality has always been bad. However, openmoko isn't a very good "phone".

    Micropayments make no sense. Enforcing the use of valid domain keys is a start. However it isn't a complete solution. We need something stronger than domain keys that prevents abuse *that* everyone *has* to use.
