    Tax systems with PAYE tend to be those country's with simpler tax systems ie not state or town taxes and much less of the "dodgy" tax dodges are available to the ordinary worker. And if you do have a special situation you just file a return for the owed rebates.

    the problem is if you tax capital gain the same as interest there is much less incentive to invest in company's which damages the economy - trust me lack of capital kils company's

    true but can you do the same with a short barrel M4 which seems to being much more widely used these days with a DMR being used for longer range as was found in Afghanistan.

    m4 has a shorter barrel an the AK is an intermediate cartridge not full power rifle

    Isn't 250m about the end of extreme range for an assault rifle like the ar15, m16, m4 of the SA 80 - this is why DMR full power rifles are making a come back.

    Outside of a small number of applications No sane developer uses SSN numbers - I worked for a large company one and we collectively where read the riot s act about misusing NI numbers with the implication that it was a severe disciplinary offence to use them out side of a tiny number of use cases.
