M$ is always trying to change that. Everywhere they don't dominate, they buy the one that does, or start a new standard compatable with no one else, put it un Winblows and tell the rest of the world: you will follow this standard if you want to deal with Winblows users. They shove it down everyones throat.

There is a simple rule of water consumption I learned as a kid in the New Mexico desert: If you don't have to pee, your not drinking enough!
This applies to anyone working outside in heat, anywhere. If what your doing causes a large amount of sweat, drink enough to make sure you still have to pee regularly. Then you will not dehydrate. It works, it's simple.

In todays's megacorp world could you imagine starting something like CNN. It was much simpler 25 years ago when Turner did it. Disney, Viacom, AOLTW, Murdoch, it is very hard for a newcomer to break in now. The last newcomer was Fox and thats been over ten years ago. I don't think they would have made it without Murdochs newspaper empire to back them up till they got a foothold.

It might have been off topic but it was not flamebait. There is a law in the US that won't allow jammers. Every time a cell phone goes off in a movie there are another 50 - 100 people that want that law changed. There are places where they are banned already, let it sound off in a court room and find out what contempt of court is. The inconsiderate behavior of cell users is what causes the problem.
