Even a powerful and flexible tool is useless if teachers don't know how to use it.
I had the same experience with Multimedia Interactive Whiteboards at my daughter school: great potential, but teachers ignore the features and have no practice.
Italy contributed to the construction of the tunnel between Cern and Gran Sasso laboratory, used for the experiment, giving about 45 million euros.
The tunnel is used for the experiment. The tunnel was build between Cern and Gran Sasso. There is no other interpretation possible: someone built a 750KM underground tunnel between Ginevra and Gran Sasso, in order to make the experiment.
And Italy proudly participated to the construction of this tunnel.
Since after ignorance always follow arrogance, our precious minister Gelmini promptly replied:
The tunnel to which I was referring is the one where protons runs. From protons collisions originates a neutrinos stream that through the earth reaches Gran Sasso.
It's a ridiculous attempt to fix a very stupid sentence, trying to masking her abyssal ignorance.
I signed Steam to play games and not to be a part of some kind of gaming social network where others know what you're doing.
I don't see a tight connection (nor a loose one) between playing and letting know to all the world that I'm actually playing and what.
If I sign up to a dating site, it's for finding girls. It's not a valid comparison.
People still need processor power, big storage, large monitors, confortable keyboards and mice.
Netbooks may be great for some users, but many other users just find them almost useless.
I can't think of myself watching/recompressing/editing full hd video on a netbook.
Programming of mostly any kind would also be a pain.
One point: they're usually cute, and people buy them.
In these cases, "buy" doesn't mean "use".
David Block should see Stargate SG-1. Everything is explained there. Too bad they left Abydos so soon.

The day we'll be _forced_ to eat insects. Humans would be at the very edge of implosion.
You should see 3d graphics done with my audio card.
Now they must drop support for Comic Sans font and ugly stupid animated GIFs, then the transition from HTML 1.0 to 2.0 will be definitive.
Don't blame them. They're just trying to retake #sphinx from a netsplit.
Ask my wife.
Swears and curses sound great. They are of great help while programming, debugging and interfacing with users.
How long for the International Obfuscated Cobol Code Contest? Wait... forget it.

If a spy spies a spy who spies, who spies the spy who spies the spy?
In italian is funnier because both "spy" and "spies" translate into "spia".
Se una spia spia una spia che spia, chi spia la spia che spia la spia?
Our minister Mariastella Gelmini is both totally ignorant and unable to write in italian.
The original sentence is here:

The correct translation is:
Italy contributed to the construction of the tunnel between Cern and Gran Sasso laboratory, used for the experiment, giving about 45 million euros.

Welcome to Italy!!!
So when the real world is TFU, we'll have plenty of virtual worlds to play with.
Slipstreaming doesn't work very well with OEM versions. 1s44c is right, we're stuck with floppies.
Facebook users should stop typing "facebook" in Google search.
...they lost all their IRC channels.
It's nice when a guy with such a signature try to teach you something about real life :)

Why everyone keeps saying that tracking every single move you make on your pc is such a great feature?
Leave me alone, mind your own business and stop collecting my own usage data for your strinky marketing purposes.
When I want to tell all the world that now I'm playing a game I will do it on my own, I don't need some steamy application to make it for me.
And yes, I want to subscribe to an asocial network. You subscribe and no one cares about you. Relax. Enjoy.
... but also cheating in CS:S is not that difficult.
Valve should really stop those nasty cheaters.
Now that I've posted a reply, I'm going to RTFA.
It's always very nice when made in Italy stuff reaches (literally) the top of the world.
It's not very nice that I have to learn it reading here (and it's not a /. fault this time).
No one in Italy (television, newspapers and so on) gave a decent review of this important achievement.
Information system in Italy is TFU.
Help us! We need CowboyNeal at government!

It won't work unless you install perl. And it will scan only one drive. There's room for improvement, at the moment COFEE still performs better.
