Except that gun manufacturers (thank god) are not held responsible for the use of guns.
Nor are knife manufacturers, baseball bat manufacturers, pool manufacturers, or any other object or device which might cause harm to another person.
If you knew anything, you would know that the best art comes from people who are experiencing strong emotions, usually some sort of suffering.
I'm not advocating causing people to suffer, but I think that government redistribution of wealth to artists is both morally corrupt and self-defeating.
Heller, 2008. Also, that clause is dependent and therefore doesn't change the meaning of the rest of the amendment (for legal purposes, can be ignored).
There's no such legal term and there's nothing in the Constitution that says people can be barred from owning firearms under any conditions. Sorry, try again =)
You cannot enjoy "freedom from want" and "freedom from fear" because while speech and religion can be taken away from somebody, you cannot take away somebody's "want" or "fear".
Alternative energy sources (wind, solar, etc, NOT nuclear) are MORE expensive in the LONG RUN, even considering the enormous tax deductions (which other people have to pay for, by the way).
That's forgetting that solar panels initially cost about, what, $20k to set up? And then there's maintenance and cleaning..
Err. Totally didn't mean to comment as anon, shit.
By definition, prostitution is consensual.

That's an idiotic example. The whole point of that app is to show off your wealth, therefore making its price entirely justified.
I can't see too many companies coming to Massachusetts because of this, though I can definitely see some leaving.
Maybe you should retake that class?
No, it shouldn't. We should just stop paying for those people's medical care.
Or your whole argument is nonsense, because legalized drugs doesn't mean having doctors write prescriptions for them.
And it's total bullshit too, because the mind can't cause a localized chemical reaction like that.
Regardless of what you may or may not have seen, you can't cause a chemical reaction just by wanting to.
It was an accident, of course.
So you should be forbidden from saying anything that's ever been said before? And I thought was being petty.
There are words on money, in case you didn't know. Attempting to claim that it's not the purpose of money is basically instituting thought-crime.
Ok... and holding up a sign isn't speech either.
If not, can this be made cheap?
Also, how much can this be scaled up?

You walk, ride a bike, take the supposedly non-existent public transportation, or hey, move out.
Uh, no they don't. CONVICTED people forfeit certain rights. You retain all your rights upon arrest.
Technically, they are indeed unconstitutional. Besides, what's your beef with white-collar criminals owning firearms?
http://www.guncite.com/gun_control_gcdguse.html Anywhere between 800,000 and 2.5 million defensive gun uses per year, with the lower end being a gun-control supporting DoJ. Smoke it ;)

That's a terrible analogy and you know it. Drunk drivers already have impaired judgment.
You cannot enjoy "freedom from want" and "freedom from fear" because while speech and religion can be taken away from somebody, you cannot take away somebody's "want" or "fear".
You can argue away anything to "public interest".
