Interestingly enough, I can find no such study at the Pew Research Center.

One article I found on some obscure site (fellowship of the mind...??) said it was a 2012 study but only links back to other pages on the same site. Not to the Pew Research Center.

Care to provide a link? There are thousands of Pew studies, and an hour search on the site found nothing, even using 2012 and searching.

  2. So hilarious watching you reply to yourself. That multiple personality disorder is getting worse.

  3. Fuck off. Your "opinion" is not more valid than anyone else's here.

The fact that you seem to unable to discuss your "opinion" is a reasonable manner simply exposes you as the fraudulent troll that you are.

As to the history of Slashdot, we have long had articles about politics, history, science, society and such since the beginning.

So you are a liar and a fraud.

Now begone, we are done with you.

  4. "Our propaganda campaign against China and Russia is in full swing at the moment"

Hahaha, I suppose if 'at the moment' means since WWI...

It's had peaks and valleys, but has remained rather constant since then. We used to call it the 'Red Scare.'

China has risen in power since then of course, so they are a more recent addition, at least since Mao.

Politics needs a big scary enemy to rally around. If they didn't have some ready made ones, they would just create one.

In the absence of such agitators, we could just bomb Australia...

  7. Not bullshit.
I never once questioned anything but the source. As I refuse to visit a tabloid how could I question the evidence if I never saw it.
    Oh well.

    Peace out man.

  8. I only questioned your source, not the evidence.
Linking to tabloid news is just silly and I won't take anything there seriously. I would of had respect for it presented on *AP, or hell, even Fox news. But not a tabloid.

And you know nothing of me.

    Let's change that shall we?
My main news page I use is: https://www.allsides.com/unbiased-balanced-news That gives perspectives from L/C/R, I find the C tends to be the least sensationalist without the rampant vitriol of either the L or R.
I own a Colt 1911 because shooting twice is silly.
I tend to vote the most centrist candidate regardless of party.
I live in WA (state not DC and no we are not part of Canada) where the weed shops are cheaper than the nearly extinct black market was.
I drive a '95 Vette because it's fun to drive, married so it would be worthless to own if it wasn't fun.
    Married 34 years, 3 kids 6 grand-kids.
Show me reputable evidence, not in a tabloid and my mind is open. How much it changes my worldview is entirely based on how impactful I think it is.

    Truce?

Good day to you and have a better tomorrow.

*for example, anything other than tabloid news. Facts mixed with Alien Child Born In Secret. I just don't respect tabloids, period.

You have said nothing since that makes me change my mind.

  10. Perfect response to someone acting like a two year old. So what's your point child?

  11. Idiot. I have DDG, I simply won't waste time with someone who chooses the most biased of all as their source.
I am a solid centrist who reads all sides of the issue, but simply won't bother with tabloids or those who promote them.
I didn't question the facts, only who you chose to link too.
BTW, Elvis was not abducted by aliens.

You showed your bias up front, I'll give you that, but only that.

    You are now dismissed.

  12. If that's the best source you can come up with, I'll take "my bias" for $100 Alex.

Everybody is biased, no exceptions. Irrelevant argument.

As for your sources. Not wasting my time or bandwidth.

"You think songs are about message?"

Only the truly great songs. Regardless of length.
If there's no message, it's just fluff.
And fluff is just fine, fluff becomes the filler in-between, and must outnumber songs with a message in order for those songs to transcend the mundane and become the great songs in the first place.

Without the fluff, the meanings would just be lost in the noise.

    It is hardly infantile.

Now if it were from a Soviet perspective, Snipers, pilots, a very few (who were highly decorated) tank drivers and machine gunners were deployed at the front lines due to the heavy losses Russia suffered. Ya use what ya got.
