Yeah, well perhaps not.
The best thing is to go with #1 - 'Hey - it must have fallen off the car and got run-over' They really would have a hard time proving otherwise.
Strangely enough, I inspect the underside of my car - suspension, wheel wells, body pan, bumpers and skid plates fairly often as I tend to do a lot of off-road driving and I like to keep my car in reasonable shape.
That being said - I think that a large number of people have *never* seen the underside of their cars.
If I find such a device on my car, I will either:
1. Smash it into little tiny bits.
2. Attach it to another car at random.
3. Call the bomb squad an tell them that there is something suspicious on my car that I did not put there.
4. Ignore it.
5. Ebay, baby! Track that mother fuckers!
I've tried Windies 7. It has *some* good things, but overall it still sucks great big donkey balls. Many of my applications will either not run correctly or simply will not run, and I'm not about to shell out 1,000's of bucks to upgrade my main applications. And then some of them require to run in a mode compatible with older graphics standards, so any of the nice *features* of Windies 7 are lost.
I also really don't like the attitude (of Microblot) that they know more about what I want than I do. F**K Bill Gates and the horse he rode in on.
GET OFF MY LAWN!! Punk kids.
Don't upgrade - what's the point?
Actually, a 1969 VW Squareback is the best, fuel injected, handles great, and is more solid than the beetle.
As for myself, I just purchased a 1973 Toyota Land Cruiser - it's so basic it did not even have a stock radio.
It clearly stated that the non-operating temperature range is -20 to 45 C, so you would expect that if the iphone is subjected to this temperature range, is *will* become 'non-operating'.
The trouble is that there is a secret force out there - but not to preserve civilization - only their own profits and selfish goals. So, no. They will not step in and prevent this from happening.

So the bugger had some cash in shoe boxes. It may be stupid, but that in itself is not against the law.
The U.S.S.A. Please leave your rights, money, and all possessions in the tray by the door before you go in.

The solution is clear - Kill Zukerberg. Problem solved.
Ummm... Yes, they do - they will exchange it for a copy of the same movie. I know, I've had to do it.
I am so sorry for you.
Beware those who would deny you Information. For in their heart they dream themselves your master.
Amen to that brother.
