    Technically under Minnesota Law its is considered theft (the destruction of property that you could have made money on, you are owed 7 times as much money as has been taken from you.)

    Whats so special about the fact that the US is more vulnerable? Just because the government is vulnerable, that doesn't mean that everyone is vulnerable. If my proposed standard occured, a DDoS attack would actually benefit the internet.

    When I signed up for these games, facebook informed me that they couldn't post things to your wall anymore. They required your email if you wanted to send you updates. I obliged, knowing they would go into a special filter in my Gmail inbox.

    when my website was posted on wikipedia, it went down, even though it was hosted by microsuck. It is possible that when a major website is advertising a minor website (or a major website advertises a major website for that matter) that the advertised may go down. However, Youtube is owned by Google, so any downtime created will only affect one of Googles square mile server farms.
