So basically what I'm saying is that vendors with good support are required. And more and more momentum is being gained, but end to end support (OS, apps, etc) is critical

Also please keep in mind that a Motion to Compel is generally a rare thing. Federal and most state laws require that there be transparency between parties in a court case when it concerns evidence. "Surprise witnesses" and "I just found this evidence" your honor happen mostly on TV - not in a real court of law. No evidence - no case - no trail. Hope it pans out that way.
How is that SCO can get a copyright on something that had already had a copyright. I'm still pretty new to the legal history of Unix but didn't ATT/Bell Labs already copyright all of the System V source code. Later to find out illegal BSD code was in there. Has SCO made any significant changes to System V?

I've never seen the other episode that your talking about - but now that I'm reading back through some of the other posting I saw someone else mention it. Does anybody know when/where I can catch re-runs of the original Twilight Zone???? I thought that I had seen them all but this one is ringing any bells.

If I remember correctly one of your first roles ever was on the Twilight Zone. The episode that was actually added to the later movie in the 80's because it was considered a classic.
