  1. Uh, why is Intel pretending like THEY are the ones deploying patches, Operating Systems, and fixes for their flaw?

    I'm really confused.. Did our machines some how auto update the Intel hardware, or is this Intel taking credit for everyone elses effort to act like they were proactive?

  2. The GTX 650M GTX 750M were both mid-tier laptop GPUs. MacBooks shipped with GT 750M not GTX 750M which is the lowest tier.

    MacBook Pros always shipped with GT graphics cards not GTX. There is a huge difference in performance between the two. Think 1/2 the clock rate of the ALREADY Mobile GTX 750M

    Yay, you can no longer listen to headphones at your desk and have your phone charging. Listen all day at the office, phone is dead for the walk home. GREAT Idea.

    Publishers who are fighting Used games should beware. If I am no longer given the opportunity to SELL a game I've purchased I'm a whole lot less likely to take a "chance" on buying it in the first place. Just like PC games, I don't buy unless I *know* I want to keep it long term, and thats only a 1-5 games a year.

    This is why mobile gaming is taking over, $1 pop shots on something that may or may not be fun. Who cares.

    Well, what about the majority of the users who cannot keep up to date with all the technology. I myself have a linux workstation on a very old 800x600 monitor. If they were to remove antialiasing my stuff would look like crap. I think you need to look at the majority of users before you start screeming "Out of Date" or "Not useful"

    What is the standing about the Radeon card?? is it possible that ATI talking just like 3dfx did with the voodoo5 and now it seems that the voodoo5 is going to be quite a let down?? Could ATI be saying that card will do stuff it won't end up doing, or it may end up doing a poor job of the tasks they are talking about?
