    Yes, but Morrocan government under Hassan II entirely destroyed the country's educative system in the 80', after the massive investments in education of the 50's and 60's produced a high number of educated leftists...
    Math levels are quite good for the selected few, but a big engineering project can't rely only on maths.

    If you had to blame anyone outside of Mexico for the increased violence, you could blame Pablo Escobar who arranged for the Colombian cocaine to be shipped through Mexico in their own heroine and marijuana smuggling tracks.

    And who exactly put Pablo Escobar and the Medellin Cartel in power, and many years later replaced it with the more compliant Cali Cartel when Escobar thought that he could play solo rather than continue to serve his overlords?

    Actually, the military opinion of the time was that there were no way to SUPPORT a military offensive through the Ardennes - and indeed there wasn't, the german panzer force was out of support after its victory, and without fuel nor ammunition would have been unable to resist a counter-offensive if the French High Command hadn't considered that military defeat was a way to get rid of the hated Republic...

    Maybe I'm misinformed, but I'm quite wary of systemd myself.
    I use Gnome3, Mate or XFCE alternatively, but never tried KDE.
    From what you say, it seems to be a good alternative when Jessie will become stable.
    What to look for when transitioning from Gnome to KDE?
    Is purging systemd like you did tricky for a newbie like me?

    While I'm using Debian Stable, I'm still a linux newbie (I made my first redirection a few weeks ago...).
    But from what I understand, Debian Testing is just the next stable version.
    So the question was whether to postpone systemd to a next stable version, or to put it into Jessie (which they chose, and makes me a bit wary: I just started to understand what's the init phase, and they want to change it?).

    You can't say "prices are up, this year I'm gonna plant twice the surface"
    (well, actually you can, but if prices go down again before the new trees are in production, you're toast - and for small farmers it can mean disaster)
