Your post is so logical it has made me think of some other major issues we should address.
1. VCR's are bad because they will be the #1 source of piracy soon
2. DVD source is bad because it will be the #1 source of piracy soon
3. The Internet is bad because its selling p0rn that should be free.
4. All useful devices and inventions in the world should promptly be eliminated due the to the fact that they can be used for bad purposes. IE: Flashlights must be recalled because they can produce spots on eyes and scary ghost stories.
Oh and don't even get me started about the fact that Inventions can also be used in p0rn movies and then they advertise on the Internet (because that is all its for anyway, we must rename it to porn-net)
I have read several informative comments/recommendations but I think they are contingent on several factors:
1. What range of payment due are we talking about? If it's a low sum of money, there is no way you are going to be able to hire a lawyer.
2. Would you ever really want to do business again with a company that cannot make payments, is 2 months behind, and is attempting to rewrite its contract?
3. How long do you really anticipate this company staying afloat if it is already admitting to money flow problems?
I would take my money and run. You are lucky even you even get that....
I don't know about you, but the right to have hairy arms just isn't number one in my book.
I doubt the intent of the constitution was to provide weapons for mass shootings. I am not talking about ALL guns. I am talking about guns for minors. Not all fights are won with aggression. Talk to Gandhi.
Linda Sanders, wife of slain teacher Dave Sanders, and two of his stepdaughters filed a multibillion-dollar, class-action lawsuit
Money will not heal your wounds Thursday against 25 media companies, most of which manufacture or distribute video games.
I would love to see a list. Don't worry about the fact that guns are easy to obtain. Lets worry about entertainment. I love counter-strike but I have yet to orgainize a strike team to rescue hostages. And on Friday, the family of injured student Evan Todd had their lawyer fire off a letter to the co-creator of the game "Doom" - a favorite of Harris and Klebold - asking that he stop selling adult games to kids.
People still play Doom, thats not very life like. I don't hunt down evil monsters! They should have been trying something more like Rainbow 6 He called on Carmack to prohibit the sale and distribution of all video games rated for mature audiences to children under 17 - and to do it by April 30.
Do you really think this will stop ALL kids from obtaining the software. How many kids acutally paid for doom?
I think it would be much more efficient to implant the kids with a chip and just have them shutdown if anything happens around them which is to high of a rating. Much more logical!
Come on KIDS! Crusty the clown says get your free cutcat and as a special bonus many of you will recieve cease and desist letters. I got mine, did you get yours? I am kool!

Perhaps you should look at the situation backwards, as opposed from your prespective. Why would management want to standardize on Exchange? Does it provide more functions/better features or does it just sound sexy? Once you find out what they want it will be a hell of alot easier to defend your current implementation and shoot down exchange since its obvious you don't even want to consider Exchange. I also would recommened changing your perspective on the situation from "what I like and do" to "what is best for the company as a whole". Afterall it is your job to evaluate and make a decision based on careful consideration and research of all products. If they don't respect your decision then you got another problem and you can submit another ASK SLASHDOT "Where can I get a real job?"
Sounds like an implementation problem not a application problem. In our enterprise we have events that are updated for multiple users with them having to open the event...
Now I need to decide if its worth.05 cents to refresh slashdot to see if there are any new items of interest! Yes, lets destroy a system that works well for the masses to benefit those who cannot use AOL correctly.
Yea I tend to agree with the 'so what' crowd. Here are a couple of factors that play in my mind:
1. Brick and motor places have praticed this for many years. The best example I can think of is Las Vegas Hotels. Not only do they alter the prices from day to day based on availabity they also adjust the prices for when you stay, how long you stay, and on top of all that they may even adjust the prices per individual. If you don't believe me go to www.treasureisland.com get an online quote and then call to get the same quote. I promise they will be different. Also play around with adjusting the day, in a recent purchase I made for a hotel, adjusting the arrival date one day changed the price of the room almost $1000. No joke, you can try this at www.treasureisland.com now. Pick Sepetember 16 ($1200) as arrival first, then Septemeber 17 ($376) for a 5 day stay. Prices are slightly different.
2. I practice my right to choose my vendor. I check prices, look around for deals, and would notice if the price was jacked for me. I feel, let them jack the price for people who don't care (impluse purchase anyone?) and pass the saving on to me!
Summary: I and hopefully all consumers are educated enough to know that all vendors will try to sell something at the highest price that they can get. (Shop around and save money) or (Save time and waste money). Adjust for your situation and taste, salt to perfection and serve.

Also wanted to point out that barcode produced 254 records so I don't think the invented that. Actually this dude invented the bar code!.
I will also run a patent search tommorow at work!
1. At my radio shack they didn't even take my address information so I don't know how they are going to recall mine
2. Like others are saying, I was not instructed nor was it implied that by using this device I would be bound to rules and regulations.
3. If there are regulations, they need to be presented to the customer at time of purchase. They cannot be posted on a website and you company require that customers know he/she has to check there first.
I made the cuecat.mp3car.com page. Radio shack didn't even take my information. Me and my friends got four cuecat's with no questions asked, so they won't be tracking us. I also wanted to point out that on the bottom of the cuecat it says its made by a division of Radio Shack Electronics. If tracking was built into the software, it wouldn't matter anyway, the whole point of our page was to not have to use their software. And why use the thing?? Jesus, its free!!! What more could you ask for! I bet if I got it to run linux, you would want two of them!!!!
Got a quick question. I know how to follow the TCP Stream and see the text generated. But is there a way to compile the packet stream into a file. Lets say someone ftps a file across the net, can I write that down to a real file? Please excuse my bad english..i am hungry and papajohns.com is slow...
In my opinion its all a media war...can these anti-mp3 groups keep mp3 from becoming the popular format of the masses. I don't think they are hoping to stop mp3 trading, they just want it to look like drugs. I would hope that they know there is not pratical way that a judge, a lawyer, or a artist can stop mp3 distribution with a pen or a box of papers.
Do they say how many bels it emmits while the head crashes into the platter destroying all my porn and haxor'd documents?
Forcing customers to watch the speedometer rather than the road is always an ideal situation. Don't need to speed if cars crash into you.
