Maybe HTC fancies making its own OnLive box with some extra home-cooked features - Apple TV with games anyone?
OnLive already sells this $99 box. http://www.onlive.com/game-system
I bought one during their CES promotion for $66. Worth it. I don't own a gaming console above my ps2, and my "gaming" pc is pretty old. (more than 4 years) This purchase has allowed me to play high res new games on my 50" plasma. I like it. However their service really needs a broader spectrum of games.
From here on out, each company is allowed to file for three patents per year, on what they believe are their most innovative advances. Better make them count.
http://topics.nytimes.com/topics/reference/timestopics/people/b/john_m_broder/index.html?match=any&query=oil&submit.x=14&submit.y=11&submit=Search This does show that he has written over 418 of his 1877 total articles with the word 'oil' in it. Most of his articles I scanned through deal with piplines and climate changes. No real history of automotive reviews. I wonder why he decided to do a review of the Tesla, or he was picked to do the review?

Shadow Flicker. If you are near the turbine it can be quite annoying. To what levels that is is up to the individual.

"The lack of humility before nature that's being displayed here, uh... staggers me." - Dr. Ian Malcolm
I found this hearing aid made in 1925 which would line up with the time period http://www.hearingaidmuseum.com/gallery/Carbon/WesternElectric/info/westelect34a.htm She/he was probably incorrectly using this new device her kids gave her. I know my grandma would talk to an iPod if I gave her one.
Actually you might say we've been running out of them since the moment the first one was assigned...
We are running out of IPv6 addresses.

Here are a few ways lifehacker has posted about new options to keychains; http://lifehacker.com/349647/diy-compact-keychain - Pop rivet your keys together, only helpful if you have less than 5 keys or so. http://lifehacker.com/399031/diy-leatherman-key-mod - Might work better with a pocket knife and no blades. Again limited to the number of keys.
A jury could probably go either way, but my gut tells me they'd get off.
Anyone remember ThinkSecret.com? Popping the cork on Steve's new toys gets your site shut down.
