In the USA, there is such a thing known as due process. Basically it means "innocent until proven guilty". I love it how media outlets, even such as Slashdot, provide arm chair judgers and arm chair jurors a platform for "Trial by Media".
For anyone saying "criminal fraud committed with full knowledge it was a crime" without fully knowing all the details in the case, is cutting short the defendants due process. Perhaps you should have stated it "Alleged criminal fraud committed with full knowledge it was a crime".

Alot has been said about the headphone jack vs. speaker. I can't really understand this. Did a walkman have a speaker? The Zaurus can output 44.1/16 bit audio, and your never going to get that from a little tiny pda speaker. I applaud their decision to do that.

It has a speaker for beeps, congks and groans, anyway.

The keyboard is a nice feature. Not at all difficult to peck out messages and letters fairly fast.

and handwriting terminal commands is really bizaar!!! well worth the price paid!!

No, it's not. I still find gtk-- to be convoluted, especially when you have_silly_functions_named_like_this_that_are_hard _to_remember() Please, when all you need to use a QT program is the QT libs, but with gtk--, you need several other packages, and libs as well. Not to mention gtk-- isn't really cross platform. Gnome development has stagnated in my eyes. It was overbloated and unstable then as it is now.

Not only that, but tmake blows away autoconf/automake for ease of use.
