I work for a school district, and I couldn't agree with you more. We spend, literally Millions of dollars on stuff that has no benefit to students being educated. Test scores continue to stagnate and educating kids is not even the goal anymore. We literally have a two month window for "testing" in the spring, where the students are herded onto computer labs and tested.
I can assure you, that most of what passes for "Education" are goals adults have in reporting to adults about how well other adults are doing with kids. Mind you, I'm not talking about Classroom Teachers, I'm talking about just about everyone else. The top down, FED, State, and local leadership can't focus on educating Johnny, they have feathers to line caps with. And for all the money we toss at "education", nobody actually measures actual results vs dollars spent.
Here's what I know about kids performances in school, very little is affected by dollars spent. A kid's performance in school is more impacted by parents and home life than it is by all the educational bits being pushed by those at high levels. But we can't actually address parenting and homelife because that would be "Judgmental". In fact, money would be better spent wrangling the shits for parents than their kids.
The Geolocation of your wifi is already well known. I know where you are, by what APs are nearby. Often, within a few meters. On your Android Phone, there is even a setting that allows better GPS Geolocation by pairing it with Wifi Signals.
Location outside of the US is just as easy as being inside. And yes, the internet works outside the US too!
If you wanted choice, then the Republicans actually had a large number of actual options. The Democrats had it fixed for Hillary (see Bernie Sanders for example).
There was a choice, at least on one side of the twin parties. And the Libertarians actually had a nice convention, and several options to choose from. My personal favorite didn't win, but Johnson was a good alternative.

The fix for "skilled IT" labor is to require businesses to pay a huge tax (20% wage/salary/benefits) for H1B visas as well as increase the filing fee for every H1B visa that they request. I'm pretty sure that they will find qualified US employees without having to resort to H1B. Taxes (like this) are completely avoidable. We could use the taxes to lower taxes on workers or something actually useful to the common person.
The true wages are exactly what imported workers are being paid. That's the cost of importing labor. And always has been. Dirty Italians, Dumb Irish, hard headed Germans... all previously were imported workers.
Eventually, they work to the point of being productive citizens complaining about foreign workers;)

I have a 3T, it is a very nice phone. The Vendor OS is very close to stock Android, and the enhancements aren't in the way. I've had the OPO before, and a Nexus 6P, and the 3T is way better than those, by every measure. battery life is awesome. Fast Charge is amazing. 1/2 hour charging will last me 10 hours actual use.

Las Vegas Strip Shooting, a hispanic man shot two killing one. No motive had been determined for the shooting, although authorities ruled out any link to terrorism.
So, of the five events you listed, two or three are possibly "right wing". But in two of those three, the only violence was by the Government. Two had nothing to do with politics.
Now, compare to the violence in the AntiFa movement, and... well it doesn't even compare. Add in BLM riots, the Anti-Trump Riots, the riots protesting speakers at colleges, and down the line. Please, compare the LEFT WING rants going on today online Social Media, and you'll see people Actively Encouraging additional violence, "One down 216 to go" (just one of thousands of examples)
