That information is required to verify that the vote was made by a person who is legally able to vote, This means the vote is for person is of age, proper citizenship, not dead.

Without tracking this information it would be near impossible to keep track of legal votes, Prevent someone from voting twice, or stealing another persons vote.

Before a person goes off and throws on there Tin hats they should take a close look at what has already been going on for years before they cry foul and call it a poke into there privacy rights.

Whats next? All toilets should have built in Radiation generators to ensure no DNS can be recovered after you take a dump, because god knows the goverment has DNS tracers in every toilet in the US And can track your movements by them..

And even today we are not sure, They just told us this week about the miles/bink issues.. Until this week we had no reason to suspect major delays like this.

The problem is not that they made a mistake.. Its that they failed to own up to there mistakes and come straight.

Honest mistake, Maybe but unlikely. Loss of there Integrity, For sure.

I wonder how many people purchased the game expecting the linux client to be out, Expecting Bioware to live up to there Public announced release of a Linux client.. at $49 a pop.. Then they turn around and say its going to be delayed..

Now in the last week they main delay is not having a clue of what to do about sound and movie?

Is it just me or does anyone else thing that this whole thing started out as nothing but a large STUNT to get more sales and it has turned around and bit them in the REAR..

MONTHS down the road and they are just now telling us that they can't play sound or movies.

And here we are 2 weeks before X-mas.. Even if they where 100% complete with everything else they would still have to integrate, and test these 2 very important show stopping features.

HOW CAN YOU ANNOUNCE A LINUX CLIENT AT LAUNCH AND NOT EVEN HAVE A REMOTE IDEA OF HOW YOU PLAN ON SUPPORTING YOUR MOVIES AND SOUND...

This false advertising beats out fast food, They fleece you every time you order a burger from there picture based menus, pictures that make your mouth water, and get something that looks like it was sat on.

Payment is made by ONE side not both sides when it comes to postal mail.. The same could be said here..

Discovery Channel set that email with the expectation that it arrived at the location provided. The ISP's failure to notify the Discovery Channel Make them at fault.

It would be like the Discovery Channel sending a postal letter, and the apartment complex not telling the post office that the address was invalid, but instead holding it.

The defense of payment based on the postal office is just plain invalid because of this.. THE SENDER pays the fees.. Not the person recieving the email. The Mail man doesn't tell you "Yea sure I will deliver your mail as soon as you pay me" OR "You failed to put a stamp on the last letter you sent so we will no longer deliver mail to your house"
