    No. It's not. It's a bunch of people that's speaking out the only way they can be heard. They've voted with their dollar, they've probably even voted with their VOTE, and yet things haven't changed, so it comes down to this.

    Because words have been completely ineffective in trying to do anything with regards to this country's corporate and governmental douchebaggery.

    Nobody said murdered. "Murder" means malice. "Executed" means that it's justified retribution. Learn the difference. Or are you one of these people that also say that eating meat is murder?

    I'm sorry if YOU do not justify it, but I do, and there seems to be a lot of others out there that justify it as well.

    To be honest with you, I would love to see some thugs go after the CEOs of all of the companies who are trying to silence Wikileaks. I wouldn't lose a minute's worth of sleep to see these people publicly executed by angry mobs.

    I've already had a vendor (a telco hotel owner that shall go unnamed) that tried to indirectly get me fired due to my public criticism of them on Twitter.

    I say indirectly because after my tweets got their attention and got some VPs involved, they then pulled the "Hey I don't think we're charging you for as much space as what you're actually using. We wouldn't have noticed this but since your employee has been talking trash about us on twitter we're going to start charging you more."

    Unfortunately for them, it didn't work.

    I am usually one of the first people to jump up and bitch about software, but I have not had any of the problems that you guys mention with iTunes.

    I have been using it for 2 years, with a 10,000+ song music library. Occasionally it doesn't want to sync with my iPod until I've reset it but I'm not sure if that's a problem with iTunes, the iPod, or both. I have not had a playlist disappear, or songs disappear from my playlist, or anything else of the sort. I used to have a problem with things slowing down when I would scroll down through the list quickly in album view, but this was fixed in one of the recent releases, which caches album art or something to speed things up.
