  1. Re:Injustice on How To Crash the US Justice System: Demand a Trial · · Score: 2

So, should the society punish so harsh the shoplifters then? Don't you know, it all about the balance, between the cost to punish someone, and the cost of the crime. Just like everything else. BALANCE.

  2. Ticket Fight. on How To Crash the US Justice System: Demand a Trial · · Score: 1

It is really sooo simple. I had a ticket. I decided to fight it. Notice To Appear. At the trial date there were 20 cases. 2 Pleaded guilty (funny guys). 2 decided to plead not guilty, but they did not fight properly so they lost. I fought with claws and fangs. I lost half of their time. I managed to deal adjourment, and at the next trial date, the officer did not appear, so i have won.
So, to summarize it, if of these 20 and some people all had decided to fight, that would mean that instead of 99% convictions, there would at most 3-4.......Anyone wanna to comment? No comment.

Hilbert space continuum, fuzzy logic, quantum theory, multi-universe theory, big bang theory, you name them, compared to the simplicity of the GOD, all of them looks ridiculous. And no, when scientist speaks about GOD, he does not mean the "well known" old man with big beard and nice looking eyes, but something entirely different.
And just for the sake of the argument, i will tell you one well known fact. There is no way, i repeat NO WAY one could say whether some planet for example is having speed 0 or speed 1000 km/h. All the math and physic laws are EQUAL in both cases, so, i am asking you, who made the difference??? Who made one object moving, and another staying still???

The idea is laughable not because of the readers, but because of the censorship. Yes, yes, i know, if don't censor the F$$$ words, you could be sued, or at least all the comments could tend to be insults only, but as with the normal conversation f2f, these kind of persons are very fast ignored and banned by the readers themselves. Even Aristotel used to say that when you dialogue (argue), everything is allowed. Except killing each other....maybe....

...but the whole idea of ANONYMOUS voting. Common people, anonymous??? Was not this made a bad word? And just think about, if all the voting is made PUBLIC, then there would not be any chance for false votes, as anyone, at anytime could check and confirm his vote. And as we are grown adults, it is really good to know that your neighbor voted for this "^%$%^$%^$^%$%", and take the appropriate measures of course.....in the good sense of the word of course, and the legal too, and lawful too..
