If you sometimes made some mistakes with pointers, occasionally, it is 10000 times better than what an unexperienced C# developer could do with all the neat language features, you simply have no idea how obfuscated his code could become, and how much you begin to like the idea of having revoked the death penalty...
Yep, buy how using an automated tool gives them the "good faith" cause? If you are willing to go deeper, even the takedown notice would be considered to be taken down, and the judge posted it, liable to a law suit. Ironic, ain't so?
The funny thing is that the people that download movies are actually the ones that are going to cinema. And if you anger them enough, instead of going to the cinema for the rare cases there is some relatively good movies, they will actually download them all, and f... them all. And it is easy, there are tons of torrent sites, thousands, and most of them are in countries where you cannot close them (not legally).
And finally, lets not forget why P2P, Torrent, etc were invented..

2.I still have to see a product/program/company using properly polymorphism in its real pure sense. And just for the record, because C++ is missing RTTI, you have to use a lot of funny tricks instead of, which makes your program non OOP, with all the consequences.
3.Really? A definition (the standard one), that a 5 years kid could repeat is good enough to demonstrate your knowledge in OOP!!!!!! REALLY?
4.So, to answer your question, ANY funny definition you could make up is much more better than the standard one, but is always almost good enough, by definition of course.

Any other test/quizz/psycho or whatever entry test you could imagine would be analyzed and solved by hundred of thousands of jobless developers...do you think you have the slightest chance to outsmart them? I also want to buy Chevrolet corvette, but i dont have the money, and i am not willing to give them just for the pleasure to have this car, and it is not practical. Oh, and there are a lot cheap cars that are faster than this "race" car, but neve rmind the advertisements.So, if i wanna to get the girl, i would buy an iPad (and throw it in the garbage once i have her), but if i want a computer/tablet/phone, iApple is not in my wish list.

Let them write line by line, on 80x25 text screen, and if they make mistake, erase the whole program and let them start from scratch, as every real developer should do.

1.Make a program testing if there is only one bit set. Make it as fast and short as possible.
2.What is polymorphism? It is actually a bridge pattern between an abstract factory pattern and strategy pattern, you could say even a singleton pattern from the class view of point, and facade pattern from the object point of view.
