Not true, it is in the constitution that you cannot be proecuted for a law that you are unaware of. This is a bit off what you were saying, but it does relate to ignorance. I somehow doubt this would allow someone to kill someone and turn around and say 'I didnt know it was illegal to kill someone, so i cant be charged' - But I am guessing it is up to the judge(s) to decide whether or not the person really is that ignorant or not based on the crime(s) commited.
I owned an A500, I hacked that sucker bigtime, make it have an external keyboard, gave it 4mb, got a 100mb HD. Bought a Windows PC in about 1993, been using Windows/Linux since. Two years ago I also got an A1200. The only reason I'm still not using the A1200 is because the refresh rates are SCREWED, and wont work with my 17" monitor with NO FLICKER without buying some absurd $500 hardware thing, and then im restricted to certain resolutions which I definately dont want. Anyways, sure, i can do everything on my Win98se, NT, and Linux boxes, but sure in the hell can't do them as efficiently, or as FUN as my Amiga.
No way in hell. No OS will ever be as great as Amiga OS. If we can just get someone to keep it up to date with current PCs and speeds we wont have to use Windows or Linux anymore. Shouldnt be using Linux for a desktop OS anyways..IMO.

Better than the Wrath of Kahn? Are you nuts? The animation was NOT good at all. The movie progressed much too quickly. It had good moments, but it also had a ton of bad. The artwork was terrible for the most part, not up to Japanese anime standards in any facet. Akira eats this alive.
2. Its by MicroSoft. The audience who are supposed to be buying these things *HATE* MicroSoft. They aren't your parents or other clueless people, these are geek kids with lots of spare change who use Windows everyday and HATE IT. Why would they go buy a console by MicroSoft? They simply wont.
3. It looks like all the games are just PC *ports*. It looks to use the same arcitecture as PC games. WHY do we even want an XBox when we all OWN PCs and already own all these games?

Do people want to play it on their web servers or something? Why would Blizzard port it to a primarily based server OS? Doesn't make sense to me. No, this is not a troll, this is serious. I have yet to meet anyone who uses Linux as a desktop OS. They all use it for servers (Including myself).
First and formost, they need to bring back all the original guys/creatures from the first game, and redo them in 3D glory. No mis-shapen half-breeds from the Quake series please. These were horrible. They need to be modeled TO THE DETAIL. I want to see the bumps on those round blob things all over, NOT triangles or flat areas. I want to see the brain ridges on the Big Spider thingy, etc.. The modelling in the Quake series, IMO, blew. It just looked second rate compared to other games. They need to have rounded and bump mapped surfaces for everything.
The also need to have MANY creatures swaming you. Everyone remembers the rooms with 20-30 soldiers in them all swarming you, only to be blown to bits by a BFG. The most creatures the Quake series had on screen was maybe 5 creatures. We got the horsepower here folks, lets use it. It was a hallmark of the Doom series. TONS AND TONS of creatures on the screen at once. A huge gorefest with the plasma gun and BFG. It's what made the game FUN.
Outdoor areas. We need HUGE ones, throw in fog if you gotta, but the levels need to be HUGE. Giant outdoor areas with huge scifi buildings in the middle.None of this Quake stuff where a level LOOKED big, then you got filtered into a building via a tunnel to hide the flaws of the engine. We need Jedi Knight type areas with Quake Technology.
We need all the weapons back, and maybe 5-10 more.
I hate to say it, but get Romero back in the gang. After Diakatana the guy has proven he can't work outside of id software. I really think he had an awesome role with the Doom series. I know he was around for Quake.. And that was ALMOST cool.. But they were too limited to technology back then.. Maybe they dont need him, im not sure..

1. PS2 currently has the best fighter and racer available for *any* platform. It has a very small game base right now, but the lineup is insane.
2. The hardware is NEVER used to its potential until YEARS after a console is released. People are JUST starting to get the original PSX's potential, and it looks as good as any Dreamcast game! All my DC owner friends are still pulling their PSX's out to play the newer games because they look just as good, just lower resolution!
3. Monopolies in the entertainment industry.. If this is true, then why do YOU think Dreamcast will win? You're being a bit two-faced, no? Sounds to me you're rebelling just for the sake of rebelling.. You know, dye your hair purple because everyone will theink you're "weird".. Etc..
4. They dont give a crap about the quality of games because they let companies have the FREEDOM of doing what they want. I have seen MANY stinkers for the Dreamcast. Again, you are being rather two-faced.

The reason I wont buy the Dreamcast is simply because it doesn't have Dolby Digital 5.1 audio out. I want to play all these new great games in full and total digital surround. Oh, that and because I *love* my PSX to death, and I have a HUGE library i'd like to play on the new PS2 with added effects and better rendering engine.
