Yup, we just had an 1800' sq foot house built on 6 acres for $135k, 30 minutes outside of Albuquerque, NM. I have no clue why anyone would live in town (other than mountain lion attacks (2 killed within a mile last year, attacking goats and horses). Definately beats our starter home in the Tampa Bay area we just sold for $220k.

I suppose, for an increasing work out, you can attach the controller to one of those jogging hand weights, with the loop of metal that covers the knuckles. I think they start at a pound and go up from there.

I suppose you could have a Bat'leth game, with the controller attached to an actual bat'leth. That would give a good work out. Maybe an American Gladiator pugil stick game as well?

Just hook up your hard drive to another computer, get your files. The other computer doesn't have to run OSX. Apple doesn't encode or lock the file system in any way. Hell, you don't even need to remove the drive; boot the Mac in firewire drive mode and it'll show up as a drive on another computer.

Is there another way that Apple is restricting access to your files?

I don't. I mean, I understand playing sports; that's fun, but I don't get sports fandom. It's one thing to cheer for a friend or family that's playing a game but to be emotionally involved with a bunch of rich guys playing a game with a ball is just weird.

What I was protesting in my sarcasm was the turning away from invention and technology. Mankind has always been caused change in the environment around him but along the way, has improved life for more and more people. There's too many of us now to just give up on trying to make things better. That attitude, I can't stand.

    ...this is bad how?

Because it helps further mankind's patriarcic domination of Gaia. A better solution would be to live a life in tune with nature, where people only inhabit the fruited plains of Africa, just coming down from the trees to forage for fruit (that has dropped to the ground; it's wrong to tear plants apart) and being led by matriarchs who aren't repressed by body image or hygiene.

Technology is for people who haven't learned to hate being human. Don't they realize that life would be better if only innocent animals inhabited the earth?
