Between both of those you could make a multi-monitor setup pick up a 2-3 27" and be quite happy. And if you're smart you could pick up 4-5 27" for $25-30 each from some company going under, or upgrading existing monitors. Too many visual problems for people, too many potential or people having actual problems due to headset weights, lack of titles. Pundits and enthusiasts were saying that "porn would be VR's saving grace" but it hasn't happened. These are the same things that happened with 3D-TV remember that? Remember all those stereoscopic type 3D setups for gaming too? Again niche product.
It'll likely be what it is, an expensive niche product that some people will enjoy but will never catch on with widespread adoption and the occasional developer adding support.
While you're making that post, I'll remind you that you were standing up for gawker when they did this. Making the claims that people shouldn't be going after gawker for a "joke." And defending them when Sam "bring back bullying" Biddle made that statement, and that it was unfair to go after Biddle as well because it was also a "joke."

In Ontario wind and solar count for under 17% of generation and make up over 50% of the cost at the consumer level(0.18kWh@ peak aka right now).

While infowars wasn't reporting on it(until yesterdayish), sites like breitbart and very small media outlets were reporting about the dam being highly stressed and having a high chance of failure. This 3 days(you can find local CBS and Fox news stations having multiple articles on it) before the big media outlets were, and it was one of the top stories on/r/conspiracy on the 10th and 11 and how the MSM wasn't reporting on it at all. That the dam was over capacity and the chances of it failing were increasing by the hour. Lot of people were also left wondering why the media and officials dealing with the dam were saying "don't worry, everything is fine" at 12pm yesterday then suddenly issuing emergency statements at 5pm on the same day and evacuation orders and people "really needed to leave now." That was when the dam was overflowing on the emergency spillway already, and the primary spillway already had a gaping hole in it and the lake level was going up by 2ft/hr.
That of course meant the highways were suddenly packed with people trying to get out of the evacuation zones. Instead of say starting voluntary evacuations on the 10th, and then staggered evacuations on the 11th. It's not out of the danger zone by any stretch right now. There's no way they're going to lower the water level by 50ft by today/tomorrow and depending on how the incoming storm tracks they could see another 2-4' water rise. The entire thing reeks of either political individuals leaning on the team overseeing the dam because they didn't want to create a panic. Or a level of incompetence so staggering that it wasn't until a bunch of engineers marched up and said: "If you don't order evacuations, we'll go to the press right now."
It took about 1.5 hours for someone to blame the Obama administration. You guys are losing it.
Don't let those facts hurt you. But if you think that this is "blame" and "bad" you're wrong? You're going to find very few people who see this entire episode as a bad thing, all the Obama administration do was help Trump out. And even the most rabid supporters in/pol/ and/r/The_donald agree openly that all this does is help Trump.
If you don't understand that, then I'll explain: Exposing people who lied to those up the chain, and having them thrown out for being shitty liars does nothing but improve the standing of the administration. You're likely also going to see media like politico and wapo claim that "this is the end, it's all bad."
