I saved all those zip disks that everybody else was throwing out. I had two PC's with internal zips, which came in real handy when they banned thumb drives. Apparently, the centrifugal force flings malware off, whereas a camera card could take dirty pictures and thus was banned.
The IG would come down on them like the proverbial ton of bricks. They are not using it to pirate movies, they're doing research into various things that need a supercomputer.
I spent 3 weeks in Madagascar, mostly on taxibrousses, and that stuff smells like a coal fire. Euro diesels are flowery in comparison. Chicken is no problem: the whole south USA smells like that anyhow.
...and my government work was done with a secure operating system from the state of Washington. None of this free stuff from Africa or wherever it's from.

I run AbiWord when I don't want to wait for OO to load, and just want to type something simple. Sorta like Works and Word, but without the evil monopoly.
I just escaped from the US Air Force, which is virtually all Microsoft. Windows Vista, Internet Explorer, all the yummy stuff. Seems to me if you buy a million desktop operating systems, you could get something that was secure.
