What's to deny? The camera is designed to survive being dropped, and it survived being stuck to a motorcylce. The image was shaky because it wasn't mounted to a stedicam and the bike was oscilating further than the sensor or lens elements are able to move. The microphone picked up wind noise because it was windy and being a pocket camera it didn't have a windsock.

If you want good footage and sound in this situation, there's no getting around mounting to a stedicam (or DIY equivalent) and plugging in a shotgun mic with dead cat. At which point you no longer have a pocketable rig.

The trick for me when I had an impaired right hand due to a traffic accident was to put the mouse on the left, then scooch the keyboard a little to the left. Now the left thumb or index can hit shift and the other fingers can reach any of the special keys you need. Keeping the mouse on the left helps me with the longer term effects of my injury; others find it odd to see me typing normally with one hand and hunt-and-pecking with the other.

Calling an assault harassment trivializes it and does not indicate the response it should have. Calling offensive non-directed speech harassment trivializes harassment, even if the offensive speech is contrary to event policy.

Also, per comments about people not helping out of fear of being sued... In Canada every province has "Good Samaritan Laws" which protect you from being sued for helping someone in a lifethreatening situation, except Quebec where it is illegal to NOT help if you can do so without endangering yourself or someone else (and also you can't get sued). Also we're lucky here in that our courts are sane.
