SPF requires you to send mail from certain IP addresses or at least relay it via certain servers. Sounds to me like the Yahoo! proposal does it without this requirement. Not bad, but far more complexity. Do I really want all this extra code in my small, secure qmail-smtpd binary?
Can I buy one of them for an affordable price without having to re-solve all the problems mentioned in the article? What video-goggles are recommended?
Please don't! Rewarding these criminals will set a bad example for everyone else. You are right. They are wrong. Sit it out. Make them pay in the end. That's the only way to deal with their kind.
Too bad there seems to be only one chapter on mod_perl 2.0. It's still a (slightly?) moving target, but it seems very promising and is hopefully stable soon, leading to a large number of people switching to Apache 2.x.
After all, everyone is itching to have the various filters chained after one another, like running Apache's server side include mechanism over the output of your perl scripts... which is possible only with Apache 2.x.
I was interested in the new Aibo, but the flash-video is a downer. The new Aibo moves very slowly and robo-like.. i was hoping it'd be a lot smoother and faster. The SDK looks cool though.
... that every time you enter "evidence eliminator" into google and then click on the text ad leading to http://www.evidence-eliminator.com/.... it might cost them a few cents.
PCI does 133MB/s.
IDE chips are onboard and don't need PCI slots.
Gigabit ethernet could be a use of buses faster than PCI but I've felt the trend is also to put them right on the mainboard. Besides, the switches are still prohibitively expensive.
AGP: We've seen that 8x AGP does not give a performance boost over 4x AGP.
BitTorrent's trackers track users' downloads. It is not only a single point of failure, but also a privacy problem if the data downloaded is legally or morally questionable.
Do you see this as a problem that needs to be fixed eventually? Or do you think it's the problem of those people who use BitTorrent and have something to hide? So it's a feature?:-)
Have you heard about any large sites/companies like SourceForge adopting BitTorrent as download mechanism? From what I understand, this is what BitTorrent was originally planned to be used for the most.
Would you accept a job offer from, say a major movie rights corporation, that plans to use [a variant of] BitTorrent for distributing its DRM Video-on-Demand data?
The Internode Bandwidth seems to be the major selling point of this machine, what alternatives are there for supercomputing on a budget?
Is there anything better than a few gigabit ethernet cards in every box (and still affordable!)?
Do you have any plans to see your books being released as movies?
> I definitely wouldn't consider it a candidate for a "one-handed keyboard"
Why not?
FYI, there's actually a very good moviemaking community website in Germany with the name slashcam.de
I'm wondering why noone here seems to have noticed that most of the perl scripts on the site are broken...
He's also terribly arrogant :-( He often has his reasons for rejecting proposals, but not always and he's very bad on communications.

... in order to keep getting security fixes for my RedHat 8.0 i386 box?
I think FedoraLegacy is not there yet, am I wrong?
As disgusting as it gets.. even with cool tech behind it.

Yo SCO!
CPU's ?
It's a pural s, there is no justification for an apostrophe. Get a clue!
Aaaargh! The pain...

to return NXDOMAIN again. You can find it at http://tinydns.org/djbdns-1.05-ignoreip.patch
Use at your own risk, I haven't tested it - yet.

LOL! Boy, you are clueless.

- AGP graphics card
- Fast ethernet LAN (10MB/s)

I don't see a great need for PCI-X at the moment.

What are you talking about?

Works like a charm.
