    It you want to get really technical about it, the MPAA is not a producing organization. They don't produce anything therefore they cannot have customers. They are a rating and monitoring agency. They don't produce, distribute, create, or otherwise manufacture anything besides standards and fear because that they are a bunch of malicious thugs that try to strong arm grandparents out of money for allegedly sharing movies.

    If you are trying to make the MPAA seem to be some kind of good guy organization you have come to the wrong place. Everyone knows they sue maliciously and wantonly with little more than a hope of extorting money from people that are really too poor to defend themselves.

    If this goes through, the only viable alternative is VZW because they will be the only real competition AT&T-mobile will have in the market.

    Sprint and T-mobile use different technologies and have different market shares. AT&T has a huge chunk of the market which would make a merger between them and T-Mobile bad for the market on a competition level. However if sprint and t-mobile were allowed to merge then it would allow the new company to actually compete in the market with the two big hitters AT&T and VZW. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's a good idea, I just see how it's feasible.

    Not if they are following a government regulation, or acting with in the perimeters of what you have either verbally or implied to be acceptable behavior.

    You can sue the Gov't and it's employee's to, but not if they are just doing their job. Even if a private security agent were to pat you down, it is assumed that you gave them consent which allows them to do whatever they need to do within reason to determine if you're a safe subject.

    Bullshit. The only public opinion that matters to the insurance companies is that of the shareholders and they are only concerned with the bottom line, not that of the average consumer. Your analogy is idiotic and clearly biased with an agenda.

    The airports and cargo are under the guidance of the TSA at the moment, but the FAA is in control of the airlines. So the option to be a grope free airline would really be beyond the scope of any kind of private deal.
