It you want to get really technical about it, the MPAA is not a producing organization. They don't produce anything therefore they cannot have customers. They are a rating and monitoring agency. They don't produce, distribute, create, or otherwise manufacture anything besides standards and fear because that they are a bunch of malicious thugs that try to strong arm grandparents out of money for allegedly sharing movies.
If you are trying to make the MPAA seem to be some kind of good guy organization you have come to the wrong place. Everyone knows they sue maliciously and wantonly with little more than a hope of extorting money from people that are really too poor to defend themselves.
Exactly, they are this nations "Job Creators" after all. They should be handled with all things soft and heralded with golden trumpets when they enter a room.
Has anyone ever been so far as to do what to do what more like iPad desktop appstore windows 8 run metro UI browser accidentally a coke bottle. Then who was iPhone?
In the grand scheme of things I think today's modern day far right christians are doing a much better job of turning people off of their religion than the Catholics did.
Sprint and T-mobile use different technologies and have different market shares. AT&T has a huge chunk of the market which would make a merger between them and T-Mobile bad for the market on a competition level. However if sprint and t-mobile were allowed to merge then it would allow the new company to actually compete in the market with the two big hitters AT&T and VZW. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's a good idea, I just see how it's feasible.
Not if they are following a government regulation, or acting with in the perimeters of what you have either verbally or implied to be acceptable behavior.
You can sue the Gov't and it's employee's to, but not if they are just doing their job. Even if a private security agent were to pat you down, it is assumed that you gave them consent which allows them to do whatever they need to do within reason to determine if you're a safe subject.
If you started just randomly hitting wal-marts instead of malls, you'd hurt the economy a lot more, plus you'd get the exact type of person that cheers for mosque's getting blown up.
Bullshit. The only public opinion that matters to the insurance companies is that of the shareholders and they are only concerned with the bottom line, not that of the average consumer. Your analogy is idiotic and clearly biased with an agenda.
The airports and cargo are under the guidance of the TSA at the moment, but the FAA is in control of the airlines. So the option to be a grope free airline would really be beyond the scope of any kind of private deal.
So exactly what are they going to be competing for? The person that gives the cheapest service will win the government contract. We still end up where we started.
Is it really a total surprise that it was discovered initially by a Chinese security firm? Their reaction should have been, " look at this virus we just found that we just made!"
I don't know about you, but I for one am glad that someone is finally going to be holding those Macaws to account. Those bastards have had it too easy for too long.

Exactly, TFA states that this guy owned physical copies of 3 of the 4 movies he's accused of d/l'ing doesn't that make him a customer?

Maybe this one. The MPAA is just as sue happy as the RIAA and as sinister.
No problem man, it confused me at first too.

I think that about sums it up.

Sir, If I could mod you up I would. Thanks for the info.
If this goes through, the only viable alternative is VZW because they will be the only real competition AT&T-mobile will have in the market.

You think that any private company won't work to indemnify itself from the same things?

Please show me an example of a large airport that is privately held in these united states?

I figured it was more of a regional thing and less of a racial thing, but this virus seems awfully sophisticated already so who knows.
..that this has to happen at the behest of a government agency. Why didn't google just foresee this was going to happen and implement it originally?
Probably the same way the super flu will kill all of the people living in the town where it is being developed.
That's how apple does it!

As a mandate from the Department of Redundancy Department.
