The way ads works you do not have to read them, or pay any attention. You just need to be exposed to them like viruses and bacteria, they get in your brain bypassing consciousness. It's basicly mind control.

The hunting ground is anywhere prey can be found, as matter of fact the library itself can be a hunting ground. Even if you lock minors inside there houses some are going to be victims of sexual pretators. I don't think this kind of legilation solves anything at all.

Although it's always nice to have reply buttons to post comments these so called news sites, they will probably be filled with comments by a bunch of idiots, and therefore will be worth less than the time it takes to read them. Perhaps these people's time would better be spent creating non-clonable goods instead of easily cloned, nonunique posts? Only a few can create superior posts, and because comments are copy-able there's no need for hordes of idiots to type them...unlike traditional products, which require hordes of idiots to manufacture...

The terrorists' goal is to spread fear to help them get to their political goals. They are going to be very happy everytime this alert system is used, they're going to reach a lot more people to scare them now. And with this no need to plan expensive real terrorist acts, you just have to convince the USA intelligences services that something big is going to happen. But who is spreading the most fear? Who's political agenda is pushed by this? Who are the terrorists?

There are not paid the right for a simple reason, corporations can build their plants in other countries but workers cannot go work in most countries if they are not a citizen there. The employer has a massive advantage in negotiations: if you don't like these condition we move the plant to Mexico. And the Mexicans cannot go the USA to prevent the company from getting cheap labor over there.

That's not free trade and the law of the market, to get free trade and market the consumer and the worker has to have the same liberty of moving from country to country as the corporation has.
