Just a thought: I think what the Taco was actually trying to say that if anyone took advantage of this, that person would be a jerk, not the people that discovered it. I realize that isn't what he said, but I think it's what he meant.
If we allow people to make money by showing executions or games with death row inmates competing for a chance to live, then they'll put more people on death row even if they shouldn't be there. Besides, everyone on death row that doesn't win an appeal should be put to death. They shouldn't have a chance to win their way out of it.
It is the responsibility of the police to issue tickets. The rental company charged a fine for violation a usage agreement that the customer signed. They didn't issue a ticket and they didn't file a complaint with the police. The only two issues here are:
1) These GPS devices are not that accurate. They'll sometimes report ridiculous speeds like 976 MPH
2) Customers shouldn't argue that they shouldn't be held to a contract they signed because they didn't read it!

I feel the same way about this movie.
I've seen it twice, and while it was very interesting, the backwards novelty wears off.
What exactly is your problem with hobbits?
If you were really a nazgul, I'd understand.

I loved Memento, but it wasn't as shocking as Usual Suspects. US was a much bigger and invigorating movie. Memento was interesting and unique. It's great to see something different, but it wasn't something I'd see many times. I did see it twice, but the novelty will wear off if I see it again. Then again, that time would be better spent looking for something even more different;-)
I've already removed my LinuxPPC and installed MacOS X beta. It gives me the power of Unix with the usablility of the MacOS. I can have the power I want and my wife and I have an extremely user friendly interface to use without rebooting. I'm a developer that lives in Linux at work and I'd dump my install of Linux for MacOS X in a heartbeat.

This director WAS the producer and I believe he was involved with the writing. I, too, believe there should be more fantasy movies, but NOT if they're going to suck this bad. I would've rather seen the D&D cartoon made into a movie than this.
You do have options. Don't buy the book until you're ready. If you want to wait until perl6 comes out or even perlX(that's Roman numeral ten), then feel free. No one is forcing you to buy anything. I don't think it's in any successful publisher's business model to sell upgrades.
The Olympics were created to be a goodwill competition between the countries of the world. I think the US created the amateur only rule for it's atheletes. However, in this day and age, everything involving the media networks is about how much money they can make!
Be glad they did! OTW, we'd be waiting 3-5 years between releases of each movie. It'd take 9-12 years before we'd see the entire trilogy. This way, we'll see them one after another and only one year apart. Look at the way Lucas does Star Wars. When will we see episode 3? 2010? If Lucas had it his way, he'd give us the final installment in 2050. After he releases Episode 2, he'll probably want to redo Episode 1 because the technology will be better. Then he'll probably do Episode 3. Then redo 4,5, & 6. Then maybe start on 7, 8 & 9. Lucas is consulting on these films. Watch out for his influence. He'll make them weak.
Directors throw iMacs into movies and television shows now! No doubt they'll do it in the future, too. In my opinion, the iMac, and possibly OS X are more like the the VW beetle.

Every time we invent something new, it's only matter of time before someone looks into how to use it for military purposes.
Please tell me how the military uses Cool Whip in their plans.

Apple is reporting a $19.95 upgrade price for OSX.
MacNN is reporting a free upgrade.

If Apple Was a person, shouldn't you refer to them as he or she, not they?

That is beautiful! Also, life is a moving target and there are many books on it.
I think that system required you to stop using the product, along with giving up your first born;-)

Perhaps the NFL and the networks should ban Superbowl coverage on the internet, too?

I don't think Saturday Night Live, among other comedy shows don't get a license to paradoy.
Pretty soon we'll need a license to comment.

How would taking something with a grain of salt make it easier to go down?
Would taking something with a grain of salt that is the size of a Taurus make it very easy to go down?
Omega had it right, and the Big Taco didn't.
They're also in many TV shows that have computers prominently displayed. To name a few...
