Or spend a day or two a week engaging in volunteer work of some kind. Building free software, teaching kids, etc. Time off of work doesn't have to be all leisure.
Maybe not though. Maybe their employee satisfaction and performance is higher, and turnover is lower. Maybe they are more profitable than your 60 hour a week sweatshop.
Consumer services are different from business services. What you want is business service, and to get it, you will have to pay more. Because you are asking for more. There is a reason the unlimited gym membership costs $X a month, and rent costs 10x more. The gym doesn't expect you to live there. If you tried to live there, they would terminate the contract.
I've been thinking that all issues need to be decided on more than just a straight majority. A law probably isn't worth passing if 66% of the people can't agree with it.
People are attracted to Trump for two reasons: they are too stupid to know any better, and more importantly, stupid people LOVE a bully when they think they are on the same side.
Who legislates how long manufacturers must support their old products?
What legal requirements?
And when his employees keep quitting, maybe he will learn the lesson.
But I don't think Median Mike has ever been able to do those things.
Doesn't scale. It takes quite a bit of wealth (or tolerance for poorness) to do that.
Don't cut them any slack: Trump is on the verge of being nominated by the Republican party, not just some generic "major political party".

All you have to do is say no. You aren't a slave.

Sometimes, the right thing to do is not agreeable to the majority. Politicians need a *little* protection to do the right thing.
Typical conservative. The plebes only have rights as long as you agree with them.
A person's rights don't depend on their intelligence. I can be as dumb as a box of rocks, and still quite validly not want to elect the racist guy.

Go to Walmart or the drivers license place. That's America. They might be literate, but they aren't smart.
Reins.
And, to an extent, how it should work. Government should be a balance between the vagaries of the mob.
The current system depends, rightly or wrongly, that the people we elect will act like grownups.
You are irrelevant.
Are people really that spineless?

So a Republican majority Congress passes a bill, and that's Obama's fault?
Quit being a cunt.
Leaders don't need to use force. These bullies were powerful, but not leaders by any stretch.
