If you view someone being mentally ill it gives a green light for HR to fire him or her and not worry about being sued as this person is a threat to herself and others and had to be eliminated etc.

Which hysterically is much worse than Windows 10 which only gathering telemetry. Google admits your keystrokes are logged!
