I installed it no problems on my PowerBook G4 on 10.3, I had to d/l X11 from Apple's web site, but it was cake after that. There is excelent documentation. Here is a link to the dmg.bz2. I use it everyday, although not macros.

Lots of folks are eligilbe for free filing using web based tools. It was quick and easy for me last year.
